You talk about it as if some guys sit there and figure out what date to do what one with what numbers and percentages to make their shit work out right.
Step back OP. There is no one with a plan. There is only the plan. The plan is happening without any intervention from illuminist with calculators.
We are all in and part of the plan. Step back and see the whole picture.
