Re: God is preparing non-Catholic Christians for the Great Warning
How cute, unable to refute scripture or anything else written so resorts to typical cultish insulting and programmed remarks. But nothing that I didn't expect knowing you, what I've written was for others that haven't reached your level of closed minded brainwashing.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1504904

This and your previous replies aren't insulting? You have to come up with more than one vague sentence with first
century Christians written in it Ac 15049.. as proof the Bible is not a Catholic book.

Gotcha on your biased prejudiced anti-Catholic website. Listen to Catholics explain the faith, read Catholic writings
before you state Church teaching or history.

Protestantism didn't come along until the 16th century, the
reason for your one sentence. So silly, the Protestant
account of Christian history, especially 33 A.D. until
1517. Pray about the truth of the Holy Eucharist. Here
is a help, you agree already, Our Lord, Jesus is the Passover Lamb in the New Covenant.

+ + +

How the Canon of the Bible (the official catalogue of inspired books) was officially declared.
All books that were considered for the Cannon, but not included were called Apocrypha, and thus declared not inspired.
362 A.D. Catholic Church's Council of Rome defines the Canon of Holy Scripture.
382 Pope Damasus issues a listing of the present OT and NT Canon of 73 books
383 Saint Jerome translates the Latin Vulgate from Greek & Hebrew
393 Council of Hippo (North Africa) approves the present Canon of 73 books
397 Council of Constantinople produces first bound Bible (the Vulgate: previously, all
were separate books)
397 Council of Carthage (North Africa) approves the same OT and NT canon
405 Pope Saint Innocent I approves the Canon again and closes it (with 73 books)

"We receive quite a few questions from Catholics and about Catholicism. Let us be abundantly clear, GotQuestions.org is not a Catholic ministry. We strongly believe that the Bible is to be our guide for faith and practice. While we recognize the value of church traditions, we refuse to accept any tradition that is not clearly supported by the Word of God. Our "conflict" with Catholicism is in regards to the proper interpretation of the Bible. Listed below are the most frequent questions we receive from Catholics and about Catholicism."

_ _ _ _ _

As I thought, thanks for sharing your anti-Catholic link.
From what I've read, nothing in your link speaks of the Truth. Everything you know of Christ comes from the Catholic Church. It's nonsense to preach the Bible is your authority when the Church canonized Scripture. It's just goofy, very immature.

Let me ask you, who did God give the correct interpretation
of Scripture to? The Bible says the "Church" is the pillar
and foundation of Truth not Luther's "Bible Alone." And look at another heresy, it's fruit, private interpretation
of Scripture.

Jesus is not returning soon to give the okay to 30,000 plus
Protestant communities, each interpreting Scripture differently. It won't happen.

I pray for your conversion,

1 Timothy 3:15
But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1504448

As I said your brainwashed mind is incapable of accepting clear facts. Fact is, NOTHING of what I've shared can be refuted, while making ridiculous comments such "anti-catholic" about anyone who dares to disagree with your cult.

Further showing your naivete you are not aware that the Holy Spirit is our teacher, and we have no need that any man teach us
(John 16:13,1 John 2:20,27). 1 Tim.3:15 can be and is used by cults as prove that they must be obeyed, however since anyone can claim this the ultimate authority must be the scriptures, something which the CC falls woefully short in being able to back up many of their teachings with.

As for the bible being a catholic book, the OT was around well before Jesus, and the NT the first century church already knew which books were inspired scripture as Peter wrote in 2 Peter 3:16. The CC simply made official to themselves what the Spirit led Body knew all along, while further proving their disconnect with true christianity by adding the clearly uninspired apocryphical books to the canon.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1504904

I am not being unkind. To your comment above.

Where is your logic? The Bible says there is one Lord, one
Faith, one Baptism. How is God the Holy Spirit guiding
another break away in Protestantism, one new community started every week since Luther's revolt in 1517?

Think how many that is...doesn't fit. So many splits
Protestants came up with a new word, non-denominational!

St. Jerome translated the original writings, Greek and Hebrew into Latin in the 4th century. St. Jerome was an early Protestant? I don't think so...

Before Peter went to Rome, one sees written in Scripture the authority Jesus gave Him. He ordained Matthias.

Acts 1:15-26 - the first thing Peter does after Jesus ascends into heaven is implement apostolic succession. Matthias is ordained with full apostolic authority. Only the Catholic Church can demonstrate an unbroken apostolic lineage to the apostles in union with Peter through the sacrament of ordination and thereby claim to teach with Christ's own authority.

And Peter refers to Rome giving it a code name because
of the persecution, see 1 Peter 5:13. The code name for
Rome was Babylon. Why go to that effort? Because Peter
was in Rome.

A message to Bill Burns today.

August 22, 2011

Come now My children into a perfect truth, a present truth of that which I am doing. For, in the days that are before you that lead from this point until the time that you call The Feasts of Tabernacles, there will be an outflow, overflow, an infusion of My Spirit in such magnitude that it will elevate you in the kingdom of the Most Holy, to a place where your feet will be like hinds feet in high places. Your eyes will be open that you may see, observe and understand the reality of My kingdom in ways that you have not yet experienced, for these are the days of revelation. These are the days of the anointing of My Spirit that rests upon you that breaks the yoke of every bondage. The anointing will pave the way before you so that you will not stumble, and you will have no doubt. You will walk on this path, and in your excitement of it, great things will be accomplished by you, My people, says the Lord of Hosts. Enjoy the journey. Walk in faith.

Over and over God keeps saying the same thing, a preparation
for our brothers and sisters in Christ and non-Christians
but I do not think they read the Protestant messages from
Heaven.

Why is God asking His Children to come to "a perfect truth?"
This must mean there is something lacking, some part of
Truth being rejected or never taught, yes?

What is the reality some haven't experienced yet?

For 2000 years the Roman Catholic Church has proclaimed
the fullness of Truth, proclaimed she is the Church Jesus
established. God Himself is going to show the world, each person personally this reality. Heaven says very soon.

It is sad, this message to Bill Burns was posted on a Protestant forum with a thread up discussing who is Babylon?
Several replies posted declaring the RCC is Babylon.

The spiritual immaturity. When did the RCC become Babylon?
Most certainly it had to be after the RCC canonized Scripture because our brothers and sisters profess the
Bible to be inerrant.

In our time, finally no more division. The Remnant will be
of one belief.

 Quoting: AmazingGRACE

I think you are a kind person who loves Our Lord and God
the Father...the Holy Spirit too...very much.

Catholics do worship the Eucharist. The rest of your
list is false. Your objections have been explained a hundred times on GLP.

The Eucharist is Jesus Christ AmazingGrace. This is God's plan. Jesus says in the Bible, John 6:54, unless you eat His flesh and drink His blood you have no life in you. He means supernatural life.

Jesus is talking about the Holy Eucharist. He is truly
present in the consecrated host. Jesus said "This is
My body." not This is a symbol of My body. Protestantism
rejected the Real Presence because Protestants rejected
the New Covenant ministerial priesthood and the authority
of the Church.

The Churches' God given authority gave you your Bible. You have got to some day, I hope soon, accept the Eucharist and the fact the Bible is a Catholic book.

Oh, and the saints are not dead but very much alive in
Heaven. Are you kinda following a 7th Day Adventist view?
You know that false "soul sleep." It's not true AG.

take care,

p.s. I was listening to a former very young Pentecostal
minister explain why he converted to Catholicism. It took
him some time and study but he shared a few points I remember.

In seminary, two guest ministers spoke but the differed
completely with each other? It bothered him so much he
prayed to Jesus, "Please lead me Lord to Your Truth no
matter where, I will follow." Another AmazingGrace, He
couldn't understand the Protestant rejection of some
early Christian..."Catholic" teachings which were called
by Protestants, early heresies! Oh my, we know things
passed on were carefully passed on. How could say, the
office of Bishop be an error? It wasn't. The first
Christians knew what the Apostles taught and heard from
Christ. And another, the first Christians were dying for
these teachings? How could they be early heresies?

take care,

"Come..."

message to Ephriam

August 14, 2011

This morning the Lord spoke to me, just a while ago. I was not expecting Him too. I am going to send this out to you all to think about. The message was brief, but I am touched by it. I don't know, I feel weird. I can't explain why I should be feeling something different, but inside I feel hyper something or other, but it is not a flesh 'hyper'.

This is my King, and my Lord talking to me and He said: "Come and eat at the marriage supper of the Lamb!' Without even hesitation I said, "I will!"

I ran to tell my husband that I had heard from the Lord, his eyes got real big and He said, "You did?" I was a little speechless from excitement. I told him I thought it was an invitation and I told hiim what our God said. I asked my husband if that was an invitation and he said it was.

Ok, I am not expert at anything, but I believe something is coming up.

This Abba Father said to "Come . . . "

+ + + +

The Protestant messenger doesn't understand yet, the
meaning of the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

In the beginning God had said of marriage, Gen 2:24
"Therefore a man … cleaves to his wife, and they become one flesh." Jesus assured us, Jn 6:56 "He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him." God prepared us first through natural marriage and then through the Holy Eucharist for the supernatural marriage to come at the end of time, Rev 20:7 "For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride [the Church] has made herself ready; it was granted her to be clothed in … the righteous deeds of the saints." The Holy Eucharist, through which Christ abides in us and we in Him, will be our wedding feast. Rev 19:9 "Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb."

Deadwood

deadwood – somebody or something unnecessary

Message to Mary Clark

September 7, 2011

I am doing some drastic cutting away from My church. All that is unnecessary to the well-being of My church is being removed, removed without a trace.

So look on My work and know that it is beneficial, beneficial to the well-being of My church, beneficial for the growth that I have foreordained.

I am your God. I am doing a drastic work in My church, removing all of the deadwood, all that is unnecessary to the well-being of My church. Look on this work and applaud, applaud loudly, applaud with anticipation, for this work is outstanding, this work that I am doing is phenomenal!!!

The past corruptions of the Catholic Church keep many away, as it is seen as a general picture of the whole.
When you preach, you should remember not to insult your audience. It is not only a sin to belittle others, but it takes away from any righteous credibility you are trying to attain.
We're all in this together. A personal relationship with Jesus means much more than being a member of a religious sect.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1489333

You don't understand, there have been scandals all throughout
mankind's history, everywhere. Why, man has a fallen nature
and another Satan knows who the true Church is...

Everything you know, everything I know of Christ has come
from the Catholic Church.

Jesus promised in Matthew 16:18, Satan will not overcome
My Church. The worst persecution is coming soon, doesn't
matter. Have faith. Connect the fact the Bible is a
Catholic book so....

Re: God is preparing non-Catholic Christians for the Great Warning
As some of you may already know, the Lord has recently been giving me messages with a charge to tell his people.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1465764

No he hasn't.

I wouldn't feel so much like going to sleep.

The hour is late and He desires to protect His people from calamities coming quickly upon the earth.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1465764

How 'bout an ETA?

Day? Week? Month?

Anything would be helpful here.

Much of my people, I tell you, have been lulled to sleep by the prophets and teachers that speak lies in my name.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1465764

Specify which lies you are talking about.

Maybe 3 or 4, so I will know what you're talking about.

Many say that I no longer judge and that the calamities and disasters are not of my hand. But I tell you the truth, these are lies. How can a righteous judge not judge the wickedness of the land? If I do not judge the wickedness of the land, does that not make me an unrighteous judge? Repent of your ways and rend your hearts to Me. Maybe I will find mercy and relent of many disasters I have purposed to bring upon this land. But know this, my children. I love you all with an everlasting love. My judgments are not to punish as many would say. My Son took the punishment for all sin when he hung on the cross.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1465764

Hold it. Who is talking now?

I thought you were Jesus.

Did Jesus have a son who also died on a cross?

(Bummer)

I did not know that.

But I tell you the truth, for mercy and forgiveness to be given there MUST be repentance and a turning away from sin. My prophets and teachers do not speak the whole truth of the gospel.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1465764

Question: How does the Truth of the Gospel compare to the teaching of Paul?

Briefly.

Thumbs up or thumbs down?

Yes there is mercy and forgiveness. But there must be repentance and a forsaking of sin. Do not say to yourselves “God will not judge me for this”. For surely I see all. And all that is not under the blood of my Son through repentance shall be judged. Does my word not say to judge yourselves so you will not be judged? I say to you all my children, judge yourselves this day before I MUST judge you for I am a righteous judge. Do not take this as harsh words my children. For surely I am a God of mercy and tenderness. But because the prophets speak lies and do not tell the whole truth, many cannot endure. I cry to you all my children. REPENT! Repent of your ways. Seek me for what I see in you, not what you see in yourselves. For surely the heart is desperately wicked and who can know it but I. All things are laid bare before me.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1465764

What's my shoe size?

Just askin.

Repent means "re-think".

Did you know that?

Is there some particular DOCTRINE that should be 're-thought'?

Maybe the Doctrine of "resurrection"?

Just askin.

Question: Do you have dementia or something?

How many times you gonna tell people to repent?

Don't you remember already telling us to repent?

I tell you my children, REPENT and repent fast for surely destruction and judgment is at your doorstep.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1465764

I guess not.

And I would desire all to be safe and hidden in me. So repent and repent quickly before my judgments fall on this land and every household. Yes, daughter will rise against mother and brothers against sisters as everyone begins to save themselves from the persecutions to come. But I will protect those that are truly hidden in me. Just calling yourself by my name does not qualify one for my protection. ALL sin must be exposed and judged. So again I say, judge yourself lest ye be judged this day. I love you my children and desire mercy over sacrifice. So heed my words through my prophet and judge yourselves now before calamity strikes.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1465764

Got anything else?

Heard all this before.

Maybe hundreds of times.

From another 'God' who was afflicted with dementia.

You might wanna try ginkgo biloba.

But you prolly already know that.

If you haven't forgotten.

September 11, 2011.

The truth that sets man free is about to dawn on your horizon like never before. Slowly and then suddenly you will have insights into the previously unknown. This will excite your heart and make you hunger for more. My Spirit shall begin to intertwine with yours. Impartation from the Father's heart will download and you will be blessed. Things that have been difficult for you will become visible and simple. Walk away from the world's wisdom and capture all of Mine that your heart can hold. Stretch out and exceed the boundaries of what you think of as your limits in learning. I will sharpen your mind as a razor blade.

Re: God is preparing non-Catholic Christians for the Great Warning
Westminster Confession of Faith, 1646
"There is no other head of the Church but the Lord Jesus Christ: nor can the Pope of Rome, in any sense be head thereof; but is that Antichrist, that man of sin and son of perdition, that exalteth himself in the church against Christ, and all that is called God."

The Savoy Declaration of Faith and Order (Congregational), 1658

"There is no other Head of the Church but the Lord Jesus Christ; nor can the Pope of Rome in any sense be head thereof; but is that antichrist, that man of sin, and son of perdition, that exalteth himself in the Church against Christ, and all that is called God, whom the Lord shall destroy with the brightness of his coming."

The Baptist Confession of 1689

"The Lord Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, in whom by the appointment of the Father, all power for the calling, institution, order, or Government of the Church, is invested in a supreme & sovereign manner, neither can the Pope of Rome in any sense be head thereof, but is that Antichrist, that Man of sin, and Son of perdition, that exalteth himself in the Church against Christ, and all that is called God; whom the Lord shall destroy with the brightness of his coming."

The Irish Articles of Religion (Episcopalian/Anglican), 1615

"The Bishop of Rome is so far from being the supreme head of the universal Church of Christ, that his works and doctrine do plainly discover him to be that 'man of sin' foretold in the holy Scriptures, 'whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and abolish with the brightness of His coming.'"

Jonathan Edwards
1703–1758, American Congregational pastor, missionary to American Indians, and president of the College of New Jersey (later named Princeton) for a short time before his death

"Satan has opposed the Reformation with cruel persecutions. The persecutions with which the Protestants in one kingdom and another have been persecuted by the church of Rome, have in many respects been far beyond any of the heathen persecutions which were before Constantine the Great, and beyond all that ever were before. So that Antichrist has proved the greatest and cruelest enemy to the church of Christ that ever was in the world, in this, as well as in all other respects, agreeable to the description given of the church of Rome, Rev. 17:6, 'And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.' And, chap. 18:24, 'And on her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all them that were slain upon the earth.'"

John Wesley
1703–1791, English preacher and founder of Methodism
"The man of sin, the son of perdition . . . in many respects, the Pope has an indisputable claim to these titles. He is, in an emphatical sense, the man of sin, as he increases all manner of sin above measure. And he is, too, properly styled, the son of perdition, as he has caused the death of numberless multitudes, both of his opposers and followers, destroyed innumerable souls, and will himself perish everlastingly."

John Calvin
1509–1564, French Protestant reformer, author of Institutes of the Christian Religion

"I deny that see to be apostolical, wherein nought is seen but a shocking apostasy; I deny him to be the vicar of Christ, who, in furiously persecuting the gospel, demonstrates by his conduct that he is Antichrist; I deny him to be the successor of Peter, who is doing his utmost to demolish every edifice that Peter built; and I deny him to be the head of the church, who by his tyranny lacerates and dismembers the church, after dissevering her from Christ, her true and only Head."

Roger Williams
1603-1683, first Baptist pastor in America; founder of Providence, Rhode Island
"[The pope is] the pretended Vicar of Christ on earth, who sits as God over the Temple of God, exalting himself not only above all that is called God, but over the souls and consciences of all his vassals, yea over the Spirit of Christ, over the Holy Spirit, yea, and God himself . . . speaking against the God of heaven, thinking to change times and laws; but he is the son of perdition (II Thess. 2)."

C. H. Spurgeon
1834–1892, Baptist pastor of the Metropolitan Tabernacle in London

"We must have no truce, no treaty with Rome. War! War to the knife with her! Peace there cannot be. She cannot have peace with us—we cannot have peace with her. She hates the true Church; and we can only say that the hatred is reciprocated. We would not lay a hand upon her priests; we would not touch a hair of their heads. Let them be free: but their doctrine we would destroy from the face of the earth as the doctrine of devils. So let it perish, O God, and let that evil thing become as the fat of lambs. Into smoke let it consume: yea, into smoke let it consume away."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"We are not praying against Babylon, we are not praying against the Man of Sin, we are not praying against the real foe of Britain: it is time we started to pray again. It is the bounden duty of every Christian to pray against Antichrist, and as to what Antichrist is, no sane man ought to raise an objection. If it be not popery in the Church of Rome, there is nothing in the world that can be called by that name. If there were to be issued a hue and cry for Antichrist, we would certainly take up the Roman Church on suspicion, and it would certainly not be let loose again, for it so exactly answers the description. Popery is contrary to Christ's Gospel. It is the Antichrist. We ought to pray against it. It should be the daily prayer of every believer that Antichrist might be hurled like a millstone into the flood, and for Christ, because it wounds Christ, it robs Christ of His glory, it puts sacramental efficacy in the place of His atonement, it lifts a piece of bread into the place of the Saviour, and a few drops of water into the place of the Holy Ghost, and puts a mere fallible man like ourselves up as the Vicar of Christ on earth. If we pray against it, because it is against God, we shall love the persons though we hate their errors; we shall love their souls though we hate and detest their dogmas; and so the breath of our prayers will be sweetened because we turn our faces to Christ to pray this prayer."

Richard Baxter
1615-1691, English Puritan pastor

"We cry down the Pope as Antichrist, for including the Church in the Romish pale, and no doubt but it is abominable schism."

Matthew Henry
1662-1714, Welsh-born, English nonconformist pastor and Bible commentator

"He who, being a man, a sinful man, makes himself a god as the Pope does, who claims divine powers and prerogatives, is unquestionably a blasphemer, and that antichrist."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"The popish religion doth, in effect, set up a false Christ; the Pope comes, in Christ's name, as his vicar, but invades and usurps all his offices, and so is a rival with him, and, as such, an enemy to him, a deceiver, and an antichrist."

Adam Clarke
1760 or 1762-1832, British Methodist preacher and Bible commentator

"The true Christian worship is the worship of the one only God, through the one only Mediator, the man Christ Jesus; and from this worship the Church of Rome has most notoriously departed, by substituting other mediators, and invocating and adoring saints and angels, nothing is apostasy, if idolatry be not. And are not the members of the Church of Rome guilty of idolatry in the worship of images, in the adoration of the host, in the invocation of angels and saints, and in the oblation of prayers and praises to the Virgin Mary, as much or more than to God blessed for ever? This is the grand corruption of the Christian Church: this is the apostasy as it is emphatically called, and deserves to be called; which was not only predicted by St. Paul, but by the Prophet Daniel likewise. If the apostasy be rightly charged upon the Church of Rome, it follows of consequence that the man of sin is the pope; not meaning any pope in particular, but the pope in general, as the chief head and supporter of this apostasy."

Martin Luther
1483–1546, German reformer and Bible translator
"There are many who think and complain that I am too fierce and keen against the Papacy. On the contrary, I lament that I am too mild. I wish I could breath thunderclaps against the Pope and Popery and that every word was a thunderbolt. The kingdom of Christ is a kingdom of mercy, grace and goodness. The kingdom of the Pope is a kingdom of lies and damnation."

"But I say, the pope is an arch heretic, for he is an adversary to my blessed Savior Christ; and so am I to the pope, because he makes new laws and ordinances according to his own will and pleasure, and so directly denies the everlasting priesthood of Christ."

John Bunyan
1628-1688, English Puritan pastor and author of The Pilgrim's Progress

"[The pope] hath intruded upon the prophetical office of Jesus Christ. What else means his pretences to infallibility? And that too when he imposes unwritten verities, abominable traditions, blasphemous rites and ceremonies; and forbids or dispenseth with the holy commands of God: Yea, when he enforceth these his Omrian statutes, and doth impose the works of the house of Ahab (Micah 6:16), he doth all in the name of the Lord Christ, when himself hath set himself in his place, and in his room. This is mystery Babylon, the mystery of iniquity: This is Antichrist's soul and body, and as such, must be destroyed."

John Knox
c. 1513–1572, Scottish Protestant reformer and minister

"The Pope is the head of the kirk [church] Antichrist."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Before we hold ourselves, or that you can prove us sufficiently convicted, we must define the church, by the right notes given to us, in God's scriptures, of the true church. We must discern the immaculate spouse of Jesus Christ from the mother of confusion, spiritual Babylon; lest that imprudently we embrace a harlot, instead of the chaste spouse; yea, to speak in plain words, lest that we submit ourselves to Satan, thinking that we submit ourselves to Jesus Christ. For, as for your Roman kirk, as it is now corrupted, and the authority thereof, wherein stands the hope of your victory, I no more doubt but that it is the synagogue of Satan; and the head thereof, called the pope, to be that man of sin, of whom the apostle speaks, than that I doubt that Jesus Christ suffered by the procurement of the visible kirk of Jerusalem. Yea, I offer myself, by word or writing, to prove the Roman church this day farther degenerated from the purity which was in the days of the apostles, than was the church of the jewish people from the ordinances given by Moses, when they consented to the innocent death of Jesus Christ."

J. C. Ryle
1816-1900, first Bishop of Liverpool, evangelical leader in the Church of England
"Beware of Romanism and beware of any religious teaching which, wittingly or unwittingly, paves the way to it. . . . For Christ's sake, for the sake of the Church of England, for the sake of our country, for the sake of our children, let us not drift back to Romish ignorance, superstition, priestcraft, and immorality. Our fathers tried Popery long ago, for centuries, and threw it off at last with disgust and indignation. . . . Too often, for fear of giving offence, we neglect to show our people the real nature and evil of Popery. . . . Oh, think twice before you cast aside the principles of the Reformation! Think twice before you give way to the prevailing tendency to favour Popery and go back to Rome. . . . For ever let us thank God for the Reformation! It lighted a candle which we ought never to allow to be extinguished or to burn dim. Surely I have a right to say that the times require of us a renewed sense of the evils of Romanism, and of the enormous value of the Protestant Reformation!"

Henry Martyn
1781-1812, Anglican chaplain to the British army in India, missionary, and Bible translator
"Who would have thought that we should have to combat Antichrist again at this day? I feel my spirit roused to preach against Popery with all the zeal of Luther."

Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones

"We are looking at a system; and I would not hesitate to assert that this system, known as Roman Catholicism, is the devil's greatest masterpiece! It is such a departure from the Christian faith and the New Testament teaching, that I would not hesitate with the Reformers of the sixteenth century to describe it as 'apostasy.' Now let us be clear about this. . . . that horrible institution, that great 'whore' which calls herself 'The Church of Rome.'"

Nicholas Ridley
c. 1500–1555, Bishop of London, burned at the stake under "Bloody Mary"

"The See of Rome is the seat of Satan, and the bishop of the same, that maintaineth the abominations thereof, is Anti Christ himself indeed: and for the same causes this See at this day is the same that St. John calls, in his Revelation, Babylon, or the whore of Babylon, and spiritual Sodom and Egypt, the mother of fornications and abominations on earth."

Thomas Cranmer
1489–1556, first Protestant Archbishop of Canterbury, author of the Anglican Book of Common Prayer and the Forty-Two Articles (basis of the Thirty-Nine Articles), burned at the stake under "Bloody Mary"

"And now I come to the great thing that troubleth my conscience more than any other thing that ever I said or did in my life; and this is, the setting abroad things contrary to the truth; which here I now renounce and refuse, as things written with my hand, contrary to the truth which I thought in my heart, and writ for fear of death, and to save my life, if it might be; and that is, all such bills, which I have written or signed with mine own hand since my degradation; wherein I have written many things untrue. And forasmuch as my hand offended in writing contrary to my heart, therefore my hand shall first be punished; for if I may come to the fire, it shall be first burned. And as for the Pope, I refuse him as Christ's enemy and antichrist, with all his false doctrine."

Philip Melanchthon
1497–1560, German scholar and reformer, second only to Luther in the Lutheran Reformation

"Since it is most certain that the Pontiffs and monks have forbidden marriage, it is most manifest, and without any doubt true, that the Roman Pontiff, with his whole order and kingdom, is the very Anti Christ."

Wherefore I affirm that no heresy hath arisen, nor indeed shall be, with which these descriptions of Paul can more truly and certainly accord and agree than to this Papal kingdom."

Cotton Mather
1663-1728, American Congregational pastor

"The oracles of God foretold the rising of an Antichrist in the Christian Church: and in the Pope of Rome, all the characteristics of that Antichrist are so marvelously answered that if any who read the Scriptures do not see it, there is a marvelous blindness upon them."

William Tyndale
c. 1494–1536, early Bible translator and martyr
"Though the Bishop of Rome and his sects give Christ these names (His rightful names), yet in that they rob Him of the effect and take the signification of His names unto themselves, and make of Him but a hypocrite, as they themselves be, they be the right Anti-Christs, and deny both the Father and the Son; for they deny the witness that the Father bore unto His Son, and deprive the Son of all the power and glory that His Father gave Him."

The Church of England's Second Book of Homilies, 1562-1563, 1571
"Which the idolatrous Church [of Rome] understandeth well enough. For she being indeed not only an harlot (as the Scripture calleth her), but also a foul, filthy, old withered harlot (for she is indeed of ancient years) and understanding her lack of natural and true beauty, and great loathsomeness which of herself she hath, doth (after the custom of such harlots) paint herself, and deck and tire herself with gold, pearl, stone, and all kind of precious jewels, that she, shining with the outward beauty and glory of them, may please the foolish phantasy of fond lovers, and so entice them to spiritual fornication with her; who, if they saw her (I will not say naked) but in simple apparel, would abhor her, as the foulest and filthiest harlot that ever was seen: according as appeareth by the description of the garnishing of the great strumpet of all strumpets, 'the mother of whoredom,' set forth by St. John in his Revelation."

The Scottish National Covenant (The Confession of Faith)

"And therefore we abhor and detest all contrary religion and doctrine; but chiefly all kind of Papistry in general and particular heads, even as they are now damned and confuted by the word of God and Kirk of Scotland. But, in special, we detest and refuse the usurped authority of that Roman Antichrist upon the scriptures of God, upon the kirk, the civil magistrate, and consciences of men; all his tyrannous laws made upon indifferent things against our Christian liberty; his erroneous doctrine against the sufficiency of the written word, the perfection of the law, the office of Christ, and his blessed evangel; his corrupted doctrine concerning original sin, our natural inability and rebellion to God's law, our justification by faith only, our imperfect sanctification and obedience to the law; the nature, number, and use of the holy sacraments; his five bastard sacraments, with all his rites, ceremonies, and false doctrine, added to the ministration of the true sacraments without the word of God; his cruel judgment against infants departing without the sacrament; his absolute necessity of baptism; his blasphemous opinion of transubstantiation, or real presence of Christ's body in the elements, and receiving of the same by the wicked, or bodies of men; his dispensations with solemn oaths, perjuries, and degrees of marriage forbidden in the word; his cruelty against the innocent divorced; his devilish mass; his blasphemous priesthood; his profane sacrifice for sins of the dead and the quick; his canonization of men; calling upon angels or saints departed, worshipping of imagery, relicks, and crosses; dedicating of kirks, altars, days; vows to creatures; his purgatory, prayers for the dead; praying or speaking in a strange language, with his processions, and blasphemous litany, and multitude of advocates or mediators; his manifold orders, auricular confession; his desperate and uncertain repentance; his general and doubtsome faith; his satisfaction of men for their sins; his justification by works, opus operatum, works of supererogation, merits, pardons, peregrinations, and stations; his holy water, baptizing of bells, conjuring of spirits, crossing, sayning, anointing, conjuring, hallowing of God's good creatures, with the superstitious opinion joined therewith; his worldly monarchy, and wicked hierarchy; his three solemn vows, with all his shavelings of sundry sorts; his erroneous and bloody decrees made at Trent, with all the subscribers or approvers of that cruel and bloody band, conjured against the kirk of God. And finally, we detest all his vain allegories, rites, signs, and traditions brought in the kirk, without or against the word of God, and doctrine of this true reformed kirk; to the which we join ourselves willingly, in doctrine, faith, religion, discipline, and use of the holy sacraments, as lively members of the same in Christ our head: promising and swearing, by the great name of the Lord our God, that we shall continue in the obedience of the doctrine and discipline of this kirk, and shall defend the same, according to our vocation and power, all the days of our lives; under the pains contained in the law, and danger both of body and soul in the day of God's fearful judgment."

Re: God is preparing non-Catholic Christians for the Great Warning
Seeming "difficult things" disbelieved by some Christians will
be accepted once shown to them by God Himself in the Great
Warning.

Ras Robinson

September 11, 2011.

The truth that sets man free is about to dawn on your horizon like never before. Slowly and then suddenly you will have insights into the previously unknown. This will excite your heart and make you hunger for more. My Spirit shall begin to intertwine with yours. Impartation from the Father's heart will download and you will be blessed. Things that have been difficult for you will become visible and simple. Walk away from the world's wisdom and capture all of Mine that your heart can hold. Stretch out and exceed the boundaries of what you think of as your limits in learning. I will sharpen your mind as a razor blade.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1541705

Why would a non-Catholic Christian prophet hear these words
in his heart? Things "difficult" to accept, what would that
be? The "unknown" for many non-Catholic Christians is the
fullness of grace, of the Truth found in the true faith,
Roman Catholicism.

BIG question for all. Look at the date of the writing
above, 1646.

All the Christians before 1646 -1517- actually, what did
they profess?

"WAVES OF SALVATION ARE COMING IN!"

September 13, 2011

It was wave after wave after wave. These waves were bringing in the lost. I mean lost, lost! These waves were bringing the lost up out of the lowest places of the earth. It seemed as though the sea was giving up her dead, as though these souls were coming up from the pit itself. There were pornographic stars, mass murderers, witches, many from occult and Eastern religions. Souls that had committed horrendous indescribable crimes. It was as though Hell itself was vomiting up these souls. Hell was letting go of them. The gates of Hell were opening and these souls were being released! These last waves had the power to bring up the very bottom of the ocean.

As these waves kept coming in, the waves of salvation began covering more and more of the shore and coming upon the earth. Like a flood, the Spirit was coming in, lifting His standard upon the earth itself and multitudes were being saved as the waves of salvation continued to literally cover the earth. As these waves increased in magnitude and became humongous tidal waves, the Lord said, "Truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the Glory of the Lord like the waters cover the sea."

HOW IS THIS GOING TO HAPPEN? CHRISTIANS AGREE, THERE IS ONE
END TIME.

Re: God is preparing non-Catholic Christians for the Great Warning
So let me get this straight. Us Christians who who aren't CATHOLIC need to convert to be right with God?

Sound scriptural to anyone or divisive and statue/culty ?

Jesus knows who I am I'll just deal with him direct, thanks.

Vile Australia is back. So sad. He is a nine year old.

Revo, hi,

When God shows you personally, directly, the true faith is
Roman Catholicism, you will have to decide, yes or no to
become Roman Catholic.

I pray you say yes. The Remnant is Roman Catholic. There
will be no more Protestantism after the Great Warning.

blessings,

Wrote a book this time Ac from Australia. I didn't
bother to read it. As I shared, people are sick of your replies, no one reads them.

Clean up your vulgar, profane language. Write like a
gentleman, you might then see some interaction.

You are accountable before God. We all are.

Being a Catholic is not the end all/be all.

I am a believer in Jesus Christ. Do not elevate your Catholism into a "God". God looks after his own. His sheep hear his voice.

There is no Great Warning. I've read about it in a Catholic Magazine. A magazine that had much occultic symbolism in it.

Trust in God...not the Catholic church.

The Blessed Mother at Pana, Illinois, in her message for
the prayer group there last week called the Great Warning
the term Protestants are hearing ~ "the awakening."

A pretty new messenger, a non-Catholic Christian, his latest
is about "the awakening."

I shake you awake.

Jesus was speaking with me this morning and wanted me to tell His peopley that He loves them with an everlasting love. He says that what is coming is to awaken His people. He does not want us thinking that it is merely His punishment on the wicked. Yes, judgments are coming, but He desires to awaken His people to the things of God.

Word from Jesus:

I am doing a new thing in the earth and the old must be done away with. I bring you shakings to wake you up, my people. Do not be disheartened at what you see. Yes, their will be more judgments that will pluck the wicked from the land. But for now, I shake my people and my bride with the command to awaken. I say, awaken my beloved, my bride, come forth. Awaken to the things of your God. I have much to show you and we have much to do together. Come out of her my people. Come out of the dead religions and awaken yourself to the true one and only living God. I love you, my people, and do not desire that any should perish. I love you with an everlasting love. But I must shake you awake. My bride is still sleeping. I must arouse her that she may shake off the sleepiness from her long slumber. Awaken, my people, I say awaken yourselves. Shake off the slumberness of spirit and arise for this is a new day.

Re: God is preparing non-Catholic Christians for the Great Warning
Another message to prepare disbelieving non-Catholic
Christians to accept the Real Presence. A loving preparation
because they have had years of denial, partly anti-Catholic
writings. The light bulb will go off, God hopes at the
appropriate time. He wishes they believed now.

Jesus quotes from John 6 and Our Lord says, the "mystery"
which Paul spoke of (the Holy Eucharist, believing it is truly Jesus Christ without seeing any change in the host) so often, Christ Himself is coming to make clear. Soon,
to all in the Great Warning.

This is a message to a Protestant prophet.

Heaven is my throne and earth is my footstool, where is the house you will
build for me, and where will my resting place be?

I am calling and calling to my people in this nation? But will you hear my
call? Will my people run after me with their whole heart? Where are the
desperate ones? Where are those who will make a place for me to sup with
them and them with me.

I am longing to sup with you says the Lord. I am longing to be intimate with
you in way you have never known.
I desire for us to be one, just as the
Father is in me and I am in He, that we two would become one.

I am ready to bring forth the outpouring of My Glory for all those who will
prepare a way of me, and truly make a resting place for Me. I am ready to
do for you what I did for Moses and show you MY Glory.

This time My Glory will not pass you by. This time you won't just see me
from behind, but like John the Beloved of the Isle of Patmos, you will see me
face to face. It is time for you to turn around to see this great sight. I am
waiting for you on Mountain like I waited for Moses to turn aside to see the
bush that was burning but not consumed.

This is what I will bring to those who will make me a resting place, A
Sabbath day resting place. I am truly standing at the door of people's heart
and knocking. I am waiting for them to hear my voice, and open the door so
I can sup with them.

This supping with me will allow you to eat what I eat and drink what I drink.
I want to share my "table" with you in reality. I want you to eat the "hidden
manna" that I saved for you for this moment in time.

Will you open the door to sup with me? Not a religious supping like so many
try to have with me, but a true spiritual supping where I can be in you
and
you can be in Me, even as My Father desired it to be from the beginning.

Who will make a resting place for me? Who will allow me to sup with them
so I can bring them into my intimate chambers of Holy Love. For in these
chambers the "two shall become one." The mystery that Paul wrote to you
is about to be revealed in fullness.

So let everything else go in comparison in my desire to sup with you. This
supping is real spiritual food and real spiritual drink and it will cause you to
behold my Glory and live in my Glory.
Is there a place for me? Is there a
place where we can behold each other in the mysteries of all mysteries. The
place where the two become one.

I have so much more I mush share with you from the very chambers of my
heart. I have secrets and mysteries I am waiting to show those who will
make a place for Me. Those who will come and open the door and let me in
and sup with me and me with them.

It is time for you to come here and in reality be seated with me in these
heavenly places. I have gone and made a place for you so that where I am
you shall also be. But you must make a place for me to come. You must
prepare a way for me to come in my Glory in your hearts, for then I will
make the crooked place straight and you will become radiant with the Glory
of the Lord.

Is there a place for Me?

God is going to reveal to the entire world in the Great
Warning, the Eucharist is true.

He is doing that now in His kind way. He knows our pride.

If you are Bible Alone, where does Jesus speak about us
