There was 3 teams of shooters there that day.
Of the 3 teams only 1 team new about the other 2.
The 1 main team was expecting Secret Service, or Dallas Police to return fire on the Book Depository.
The 1 Main team was supposed to shoot and kill the team in the Book Depository, when the Secret Service, or Dallas Police returned fire.
This was to make Secret Service, or Dallas Police look like HEROS.
Because of the echos and confusion no one returned fire, the plan went sideways, the window shooter was never taken out?
