Wow this has been a rough thread for you. If you want to listen to a real NDE experience please google "Demons: An Eyewitness Account" by Howard Pittman. His account is Biblical and his NDE totally changed his life, which IMHO is a good test of TRUTH.

Actually Jesus is exactly like John said He is in Rev 1:13-15:

And in the midst of the seven candlesticks [one] like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and [his] hairs [were] white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes [were] as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

I know this because He spoke one word to me in Church and it was like a megaphone in my head. If he said more I would of collapsed. Jesus will NOT DENY HIMSELF so anyone who says He is anything other than above is either lying or was tricked by demons (Angels would never impersonate Jesus)

By the way that one word changed my life. I put my house up for sale and moved my family to Thailand to serve Him. Everything in the Bible is Literal and real. Also He knows what you are doing here and your suffering will be rewarded...

I've read Pittman's experience before.....it didn't really excite me because I dont' like to focus on demons, but rather Jesus instead.

I agree with you about the "demons" part and I am not interested in them either, but the first parts of his interview goes into his NDE when he was clinically dead and describes how Satan tried to trick Him and what Jesus is really like. Lisa, I've been reading and studying the Word for years now but still had so many questions. I was saved in 1978 and that opened my eyes and let me see my sins.

I back slid more than a few times but would always return to my Faith and I read the Bible and Prayed. The one thing I had not experienced was the total Love that some believers had. I prayed about it but still felt 'unloved' I was brought up believing He was going to punish me, My Mom always said "God is going to punish you" as a young child, so that's how I was viewing Him sadly. I wanted to do everything right and be a perfect person.

Well, After I watched these videos, I started crying, didn't know why, prayed about it and had an honest prayer session with God, told HIm exactly how I felt about all different things. And all of a sudden I felt His presence within me and all around me and it was pure Love. I realised He does Love me more than I ever knew possible. I cried like i had never before.But the strange thing was These were tears of absolute JOY. I couldn't raise my head because I knew He was in my presence, it wasn't scarey or judgemental it was wonderful.... He showed me, I had blamed myself for years because I had lost a baby ( that's when I had my near death experience) It wasn't anyones fault that it happened.

It released me !!! I had blamed my ex for years for something he never had control of or myself, it was in Gods plan. For 25 years I had blamed myself and I went through all kinds of pain but I learned from those mistakes in the long run. It was the first time I could clearly see this !!!! Anyway for 24 hours I felt HIm next to me and the Holy Sprit is so powerful. This is going to sound cheesy but I assure you it's True..I was able to get up at a certain point and look outside,, all I saw was beauty and everything and everyone as precious in HIs sight and I also felt that Love towards everything that had life, but He also showed me that nothing was perfect in this world, not me, not anyone else, not even plants.

For too many years I thought I had to be perfect but He loved me just for me and everyone else too ! We are all part of HIs plan..Sorry for the rant..LOL, but it's all True.......whew

Sometimes when I start to doubt, or worry about "not being good enough", I hear the words of the Holy Spirit in my head in the form of a song that says "If you knew how much I loved you, you wouldn't worry".

One day while chopping apples I started singing it outloud and I had no idea why. Now I hear it everytime the doubts creep in and it dismisses those doubts everytime.

If we had any idea of how much we are loved, we would never even stop thinking about God and His incredible love and mercy.

PS. All this time I've been calling you "my brother", I had no idea that you are actually my sister! LOLOL!

For the people on here that may not be Christians...would you mind providing some documentation to back your claims please? Conversion doesn't come cheap.

We can't rely on a NDE experience to "convert" us to the Lord. We need to go on a "thus saith the Lord" through His scriptures. It's been proven that when someone is on the verge of dying (regardless of if they're revived and live through it or not) that the oxygen loss to the brain causes hallucinations, etc. DON'T base your religious experience on feelings, base it on a plain THUS SAITH THE LORD! Going on "miracles" alone or "feelings" alone can lead you astray, that's why we're warned to take heed at the end because Satan will masquerade as Jesus himself, healing the sick, working miracles etc "to deceive, if possible, EVEN the very elect!" Another thing NDEs to is make people think that we IMMEDIATELY go to heaven or hell when the Bible makes it perfectly clear we DO NOT!! We rest in the grave until Jesus comes, and we are raised in one of two resurrection of life (at the coming of Jesus) or the resurrection of damnation (1000 years later when the New Jerusalem returns back to earth).

The Bible specifically gives us the exceptions of who is in heaven right now. Enoch and Elijah were both translated to heaven, and never died (as proof and hope that God can translate the living) and Moses and that group that was resurrected at Christ's death, as proof and hope that God can and will resurrect the dead. DO NOT allow yourselves to be fooled by NDEs, or by those who claim to communicate with the dead! They're communicating with DEMONS, NOT departed loved ones. This is one of Satan's greatest ways to deceive people. If you follow what the Bible says, you will not have to worry about his deceptions which are only going to intensify in these last days!

2 Corinthians 5:8 "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord."

This post angers me for some reason. As if you needed a heaven to go to? Has not God given you a place here and now as heaven? Or must you yearn for a place other then where you are now? This angers me and angers the children of the sky. For you to post of Jesus and videos of your interpretation of heaven, you are in direct violation of codes of heaven conduct section 4.5612 for coercion and dissemination of a heaven to others that do not or DOES NOT exist.

Heaven you know that has roads of gold will also have roads of courthouses lined up for your judgement of heaven and your judgement of others.

being a NDE soul, I can tell you, the words in these video's don't even come close to what you feel after you have died.
The radiance of every molecule is stunning, the clearness of what you perceive is indescribable, the outpouring of pure unadulterated love and forgiveness brings tears to your eyes. No words were said to me, but the love I felt in that place was amazing.

Wonderful, awesome and fantastic are the only words that I can describe the feelings I get when I read posts like this and think about our eternal home in heaven.

Even Gods Word tells us what Heaven looks like and it matches up. I know that Heaven is not on this PLanet but it's something wonderful to look forward to in every way.This Earth is temporary and only a blip on the radar of Eternity.

Cool video but I have to agree with the other commenters when they say most near death experiences are not religious. They are spiritual but not Christian-oriented. I've studied them extensively because I am very interested in this subject.

A lot of times when someone first dies, they will see what is most comforting to them and hardcore Christians will often see what is described in the video. This may be because they have read the Bible and have seen this passage:

"And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass."

That is why so many people can say the same thing - because they have all read the same thing and they are seeing it because the spiritual realm knows it will comfort them and take away the shock of death.

But real truth and love, according to most NDEs, is not based around any one religion.

This is the astral plane, or actually, a small part of it. The highest planes are pure consciousness, without form or the limitation of a body.
All souls are fully there already, but usually it's too subtle to perceive against all the brain talk about this and that (including religious noise).

What is the peoples view on the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, if one knows Jesus well which Church on earth is His One and only true Church. Many speak for Him but yet know him not false prophets are they electing themself into rolls. Who then shall discern and know the truth from lies for that is what will bring you to Zion and your salvation, the choice in the end is yours.

Jesus was not religious. He made it very clear in His testimony here on earth that it was filled with hypocracy. When I personally experienced a NDE while I was bleeding internally. I had no expectations of what it would be like as it was before the time of computers ( youtube, etc) and people weren't writing books about it yet but I experienced several things that these people now write and say in videos.
