If he quit, good. But people on here think all cops are just like him. They see one video of a bad cop and they think all cops are evil jerks who want to hurt people. In the last video...Officer Jeremy Henwood an ex Marine, four years on the police force as killed in an ambush in his car last week. A man who had shot a person earlier in the day and was in a police chase, in excess of 100 mph on the freeway. The police not wanting to risk people lives in the police chase called it off after several minutes. Later that day the suspect walked up to the officers car and shot him in the face twice.

Unprovoked attack, this is why some cops are on the defense. And the reason they take people down with such force is to quickly mitigate the risk. If they struggle for seconds or minutes things can turn sour very quickly.
