Ever since he came out of his first national security meeting looking like a ghost, it was plain as day, at least for me to see. If you knew the world as you knew it was going to end or at least be devastated by natural disaster and have to live in a D.U.M.B. for 20 years, wouldn't you get out and see the things and do the things you always wanted before it happened?(especially on the taxpayers dime) Why do you think he golfs so much? Goes to Rio de Janero, etc etc......

This is just my opinion but I think thats what the deal is. This would also explain his inability to give a fuck when it comes to ANYTHING.
