...Pretty much put my gardens to bed. Still have leaves to rake though. A pieces of lawn furniture to put away.....Baton down the hatches as they say, before the long months of winter arrive. [ link to www.godlikeproductions.com] This is what we have got to look forward to. This is my mother in law by the way.  WOW Blue Skies, that's a lot of snow. I remember when we had the first ever white Christmas here back in 1989. Over 8-10 inches of snow. That's a lot of snow for this area. Nobody was used to driving in it, there were A LOT of wrecks for a few days afterwards. I'm glad I don't live here you do. I'll take the warmer climate any day over what you have to deal with.  Morning Cherokee. Where I live we get about 100 inches a year. Pretty much used to it. Lots of huge snow plows clear the roads and put down salt. A few times in winter we will get storms, usually lake effect, dumping feet not inches lol. The driving part is not bad, just slow down, and if you start to slide, don't slam on the brakes, makes it worse. I on the other hand do not like the heat. Thank god for air conditioning.
