Quoting: WonkishI'm for honest money, and end to the corporate welfare state. I'm for charity to help the poor, not the government. Allow me to make this simple. You lot, as consumers earn cash or vouchers to sent to producers for your consumables, which you consume and then need more of. You produce nothing of your own, so you cant be capitalists. It's rather obvious, being consumer wage slaves you cant accumulate anything as the only producer/capitalists are limited by govt license and restriction keeping you as dependent consumers. Providers of charity or accepters of charity makes no difference to the govt sanctioned producers, all the money accumulates as it's continuously stripped away from the consumers. You cant win |

No food stamps Although we have many food banks that require NO PROOF of income to use, basically u just show up and get your food. Whats that sir? you dont want the no name brand food, hold on a minute while you get you the premium brand. I have heard from many people that volunteer thier that the parking lot(s) are usually full of many late model cars and many folks take the taxi there. LOL Same thing with subsidized housing, once your in and not working you only have to pay $100-200 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment that we working class have to pay $1000 plus for. I think welfare is a great backstop for many people, i agree with the system BUT think that we should place restrictions on it. Ie, 4 year limit every 10 years MAX. BUT before your americans start cutting up welfare bums, look at yourself first and seee how many times unelmployment benefits have been extended. the working man loves to bitch about welfare until its them that need it and then its okay |
