Just check your local laws. Legal almost everywhere. Start early in spring around Feb. 1. in pots indoors. Mist daily. Put in garden when plants are tough enough to grow on their own.

There must be some sort of exclusion for cigars. I buy a pack of filtered cigars for a buck sixty. They look just like cigs but have brown paper. This is in a state where the piece of shit ex Governor promised not to raise any taxes. He collected a buck per pack on cigs but called it a fee. Now he is running for president, the lying piece of crap.

Tobacco plants are super easy to grow, once they get past the teensy seed/baby stage. They have nice flowers and each plant that you let flower makes thousands of seeds!

All 50 states need a tax on local federal officials 75% of their income wages/capital gains.I bet these assholes would stop the tax crap then. Each rep must have residence within the state they are from, thus they would have to pay the new voter tax on their income to keep them honest.
