I will quote from the actual scientific article
" In our opinion the anomalistic increase lies somewhere in the interval zero to 20 cm yr−1 , with a low probability that the reported increase is a statistical false alarm.”
So their you have it folks we are talking 20 cm a year (or about 0 inches to 8 inches for our American friends). On the other hand it may just be an error.
