FAR too many Elenin alignments (or whatever is behind Elenin) for it to be mere coincidence. At least, if I lived near ANY coast, I wouldn't be betting my life that it's coincidence. Couple that with NASA's warning, particularly aimed at those along the coasts and Great Lakes, and, well, I guess people will have to make that call for themselves, whether it's worth gambling their life or not.

I couldn't listen to more than 2 minutes of the ramble. But that's not to say it's a bad idea if you live in LA to GET OUT! That stands for ANY urban setting given the potential but especially an urban setting like LA that is prone to major earthquakes and tsunamis. That's a given!
