BREAKING! Hawaii Still Refusing Access To Obama Birth Certificate: Court Orders Hawaii DOH Officials To Appear In Court Aug. 14

Well, I wonder what happened? Any word as to them showing-up in court yesterday?

That is a misprint, it should be Sept. 14, not August 14.

Attorney Orly Taitz secured an order from U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi requiring officials from the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) to appear in court on Sept. 14 to show cause as to why Taitz should be prevented from seeing Barack Obama's origional birth certificate.

Huh~I have just applied for Social Security and for under my ex husbands because we were married 20 years and he made more.
I have not talked to him in 25 years but in order to get the ss I have to contact him so he will get a certified copy of his birth certificate (only he can do this) I asked why ? She said from S S office to prove he is alive!!!! I wanted to say then who have you been taxing all these years!.. anyhow the ex was nice about it. They had all his earnings and info but to get the benefit he has to show he was born here. Hummm just another comparison to the silly world we live in.

They will stall untill the next elections, nothing you can do about it. When the elections are done nobody will care anymore, he will have gotten away with it!

2. Why is Hawaii, even with a court order, still not releasing the original?

The guy who used to work in that Hawaii registratr's office has signed an affidavit that it is an open secret that NO original form exists.

I.E., the one the WH "released" was apparently a total fabrication.
