As I said before what got me in to meditating was seeing orbs, I wanted to try to say hi.

The first time I had an experience with all of this was three years ago. I was at my friends house and went on to his balcony for a smoke when I saw a completely square cloud this thing just did not fit in, all the other clouds were floating past this square cloud it had corners and did not move or change shape for a couple of hours I showed my friends and they were like oh cool then walked away not questioning it, I did, I wanted so bad to know what it was I was staring at it for hours wondering what the fuck was going on.
I then went inside for a while and when I came back outside the cloud was gone but an orb had appeared it was floating high up in the sky had a blue white light appearance to it and looked like it was flowing from left to right like a leaf does when falling from a tree.
Anyway this orb was high above me and I was just standing there transfixed I could not move I was calm of mind and body (which for me is unusual I am a fidget) when the orb shined a blue white beam down on to me and at that moment my whole world changed.

I saw myself through myself if that makes sense, kind of like this [link to www.google.co.uk] but with a big shining light in the middle of my chest.

Astral negative entities trying to scare you. Remember that they can just have an hold on you if you have fear inside you. Ask protection from your guide, your higher self and the archangel michael if you feel it is too overwhelming.

They feed on fear and negative emotions. It is a normal thing for people that open their pineal.

You just watch and don't react, let everything come up and let everything go. Don't give it power as something real. Remember, everything you watch borrows your Light to exist, your consciousness, in your consciousness those things exist as fleeting phenomena. You just stay still mentally and watch. Watch without watcher so to speak. You will go deeper then into the Void where from all worlds and images appear...

Orbs are physical manifestation of spirits. Could be good or bad one.

I have done this before just brushing them aside, my hand felt giant when I done this, but I wish to understand.

I have released any fear I am aware of to the best of my abilities.

When it happens now I just observe but would like to move past this.

Well from what I see, you seem to be too eager to make progress or contact with something? Well the first astral plane (the one closer to the earth vibration wise) is full of bad spirits.

Don't try to force the things too much.

Toward what do you want to move on? Astral project? Talk with your guide?

you don't have to worry about anything or seek protection from anyone. you are exactly on the right track and all is going according to plan.

i sense you are not consciously scared, however if you dive deep into the depths of your psyche there will be things that you could never imagine. don't worry, these images will continue to appear as long as they have a purpose. it's all regulated by your higher levels of being. the darkness within us can manifest in many forms, the moment that you have dealt with all of it, the images will cease. keep doing exactly what you are doing. am getting a very strong message that they want you to know that you are right on track and you should take this as reassurance.

So as I said it showed me me and I walked about seeing myself this way for the rest of the day but felt no panic I felt at ease I felt like I had just woken up, I got home and for the first time in my life just by instinct I meditated using a fixed breathing technique that god only knows where I learned it. After that I got online to research what had happened to see if I could find some answers and i was straight away led to some sight that had information about 'God sparks' and how we all have one.

I then fell asleep and when I woke up I was seeing things the way they were before the orb flashed me.

Seems you are getting your spiritual awakening from one of your guide or from your higher self. I would follow that guidance and synchronicities. You are in good hands.

I used to call protection in from all of the usual suspects but have had a revelation that if I cant protect myself I have no place being where I am heading.

I surround myself in an egg of my own light.

this is weird but i wasn't gonna log back on to glp tonight, left the laptop on cos am downloading something and it's almost finished. felt an urge to check it out and first thing i saw was your thread.

they will start communicating with you soon, they already hear you but you can't hear them yet. telepathy is your thing, once you have gone past the darkness your mindflow will be easy to control and you'll hear their thoughts clear as day. it's great that you have very few preconceived notions. it's amazing how these can change our perceptions. the mental planes of the astral are illusions, you are well advanced so you'll bypass them and go straight to the realms of form. just sit back and enjoy the adventure, your inner guidance is as sound as can be. just keep following it and all will reveal itself

You started a thread seeking spiritual guidance. You asked a question, and I answered you truthfully...and I gave you real truthful spiritual guidance. Jesus is the truth and you're seeing real demons.

Maybe you should have asked for answers that only agree with what you want to believe?

Some time past before my next experience. I would see the orbs almost every other day but no contact that I was aware of.

I was learning lots of new meditation techniques and trying to find what suited me best when one day I had been arguing with m,y other half and I had had enough I demanded that only my guides be present and to explain wtf was going on.

I then went in to a deep meditative trance deeper than I had ever been even till this day.

I was in the trance and the next thing I knew I had been lifted out of my body and held by what I can only describe as a plant it was like a giant flower and I was all snuggled up inside it.

I then was somewhere else and there was an argument of sorts going on and it was about me one of the men were saying "why have you brought him here"?
The other said in a matter of fact way "he asked" I could feel the smile in his voice as he said it.

Next thing I know I am standing next to a blond man in blue tight body suit like an all in one and he is nodding his head towards an old dude sitting on a stone throne the old dude looked like he was made of stone as well.
All along the wall by old dude there was a grouping of people dressed strangely men and woman quietly observing me.

I am then on one knee in front of the old dude and I say "I have done as you asked now may I return"?
To which he simply replied "Not yet" and that was it I nodded then the blond man had me in his hands like a butterfly and threw me up in the air and I floated back to me body and felt like I was zipped up in to my body via my left thigh it even left a red mark.

Funny you say that when I see them they are talking but i cant hear them.
