Thanks! It's come a long way since it first started, not in terms of popularity lol but in terms of the overall site design and approach.

Anyone can do that!

Maybe, but it's still aesthetically pleasing none-the-less, right?

I like Lomography more than normal photography. You should look into getting a Diana or a holga toy camera. 35mm is not as good as 120 film, but it is easier to get.

This is very interesting, just did some brief research on it and it looks very appealing. I'm definitely going to see what the prices are and check it out!

Great pics! :)
Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly and for the same reason.

Due to recent cutbacks, the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.

Re: Pictures of moss and sunlight
bump

I would like to start a photo site for my work, as soon as I find my fugging Pentax... I think the poltergiest that showed up in my apartment in 2005 took it

*sniff* it was an all-metal beauty, even my photography teacher wanted to snag it, he said they didn't make them like that anymore.

tissue memories...

Re: Pictures of moss and sunlight
that's the lil wayward bitch, right there: [link to en.wikipedia.org]

"The K1000's extraordinary longevity makes it a historically significant camera. The K1000's inexpensive simplicity was a great virtue and earned it an unrivaled popularity as a basic but sturdy workhorse. The Pentax K1000 eventually sold over three million units."

"The K1000 is an almost all metal, mechanically (springs, gears, levers) controlled, manual-focus SLR with manual exposure control. It was completely operable without batteries. It only needed batteries (one A76 or S76, or LR44 or SR44) for the light metering information system. "

ALL-MANUAL, BITCHES... that's how you separate the good photogs from the posers.

tissue OK, I'm going to drown myself in a bottle of wine now.

hehe
