this is significant as it further strengthens the courts earlier ruling that individual state citizens have standing to challenge federal law. This basically is a big middle finger to those in washington looking to undermine our republican form of government. The USC see's what is being done to this country and somewhere deep in their hearts they know it's wrong and dont want to be held accountable should these federal cretons ever stand trial for treason against the republic.

Interesting! I skimmed over the courts ruling and oppinions and they cut straight to the chase in explaining federalism, checks and balances, and the individuals right not to be bond by a law that has no constitutional authority.

This chick claimed that if the federal government didnt have a law against what she was arrested for, she would never have gone to jail, citing the 10th amendment.

The Supreme Court agreed.

US vs Lopez established that the only jurisdiction these clowns have is over interstate commerce. They can't make federal law binding on the citizens living within the territorial boundaries in any of the 50 states.

Important, as well, is the UNANIMOUS ruling.
