Back in the early 1980s there was a Conservative/Libertarian-based publication called "The Duck Book". It was published by Bob White, who became a self-made millionaire from developing a process to remove ground-in tire rubber from airport runways. Sadly White was murdered in Belize in 1988. In his large-format magazines (almost a book) he proposed the idea that the ideal candidate for President was a new Representative from Texas - Ron Paul. Anyone else remember these books? |

It was GREAT reading--seems it was once a month or so---and free! I felt so bad when he was killed down there in Belize--seems it was thugs who were robbing him. And yes, I do remember his mentioning Ron Paul. |
