What you are within is ALWAYS reflected in what is projected without. Always. Without exception. If you are a tormented, demented, beastial soul, you will act accordingly in the outer world - raping, robbing, stealing, looting, murdering.
As an easily observed rule, this is the general nature of the Negro as he acts amongst himself, in the company of others; even as he blames things external to himself for his actions.
There are exceptions, of course - but you will find this as a world-wide generality with negroes as a group. Of course, every group has its general nature - and exceptions to that nature.
Technology is simply the projection of inner spiritual knowledge and insight reflected in the outer world one 'creates'. Of course, it's never meant to last because one is, hopefully, always growing and expanding their insight - which leads to new technology. One may also stop expanding and contract, which is then reflected in their diminished abilities to create in the outer world.
If your spiritual insight and knowledge is limited and/or contracting, so will what you project as 'created technology'.
