THE WHEEL OF TIME SERIES AND ITS RELATION TO OUR SOCIETY (WRITTEN BY A FREEMASON)
Apollo, or anyone else who knows of the wheel of time series by Robert Jordan, can you enlighten me to the hidden truth behind the series?

The wheel of time series is a major epic fantasy that was written by a freemason...the thing that struck me about he entire series is that its completely symbolic of our society...most answers pertaining to the world we live in can actually be found in that book for those still waking up (i use this term lightly here since we are awaken an infinite number of times.) The major problem with it that i see is that the author died of a "rare illness." Is it possible that the rare illness was an attempt to silence him? For those who dont know, he died before he finished the series and it seems like he was trying to teach us something, and it seems like he was sileneced before he could complete the series....

for those who want to know whats in the book...it will absolutely blow you away, and i think some of the recurring concepts in the book were put there on purpose so that one could analyze and relate it to our society....

the series is very very deep. you definitely will not understand it all even after reading it 3 times in a row.

i dont like the idea that another author, Brandon Sanderson, continued Rober Jordan's work and decided complete the series...for all we know, the original message could have been distorted toward the end...

The Black Ajah seems to be a representation of a secret faction within secret societies that rule this world, and how perhaps they might really be running things...whats also interesting is that in the book, the Tar Valon witches wont even talk about the black Ajah.

I will start.

The duality of Rand. Evil and Good. Fighting with himself. Ying/Yang

Even more intriguing, the fact that he can remember his "past lives". That according to some, we all have past lives.

Or, the way the "sheep" from his home town doubt the belief of evil things (trollocs etc.) They are just fables to scare us. Much like the "sheep" today.

Just a starter.

I've read the whole series..the first six books twice...I don't think it's asecret message nor is it coded...it's just the same old story of good and evil and the conflict of man...of course there are parallels like the misguided zealots of the whitecloaks and the power blinded and arrogant aes sedai...yes he was a man of insight but he did what he said "write until they nail shut his coffin"...

exactly lol...what about the black tower? i mean, i think the white tower represents the powers that be today; however, where does the black tower fit in? Also, could the series actually be a depiction of events that are actually going on today? is there a possibility that tptb are using their puppet string on an important individual who is destined for power soon?

Think of how the series opens. With a person (Moraine) trained in ancient arts (Alchemy/magic/astrology) and is seeking the "one" (Rand). She does not know where he is, only that he is "around" the area she is looking.

Well with astrology, you should be able to get the general location of the "one". Hence all the "Nobody" threads, and people saying "he is found".

My guess is that it happened very closely to the way the book spelled it out.

A trained mason/illuminati on the hunt for that person.

Also, in the wheel of time, there was both light and Dark; however, there was also shadar logoth? so can anyone explain what exactly that may mean from a freemason perspective? what is the gray force of shadar logoth an allegory to? does it have a meaning in our society that i dont quite see yet?

well...i've had run ins with tptb and i can certainly tell you that just because you hand pick someone you know, does not mean they can be trusted.....besides..its one thing to pick someone from a pool people you know, but to pick someone who will finish your book? firstly, you must know someone who is willing to finish your book first before you begin the selection...you dont select from a list of random authors. It seemed Sanderson may have first expressed an interest in helping jordan, which is why i have this suspicion.

Perhaps the inner evils of man. Greed (among other things) destroyed Shadar Logoth. It was a grand city, one of the grandest, but was destroyed by greed and corruption.

The good and the bad fear this. The inner evil of man. The corruption and greed of "great countries/societies" causing their downfall. Rome, Babylon, USA etc.

Just throwing out theories. What do you think?

you could be right, but then lol where does padan fain fit into that...maybe shadar logoth represents atlantis and padan fain as a descendant with more powers? because he possibly has more understanding?

or perhaps if you couple shadar logoth with the oddysee, perhaps the message is that we are all Gods and there is no such thing as light and dark, and he who walks in Grey truly masters the path by not choosing sides, and being independent of thought and thus incontrol of his entire reality?

let me expand more profoundly on the idea that we are gods...this is the main message i got from the story of the Odysee...its when you choose a side that you become limited, by following the path of others, thus you must walk in grey to be a God. The purpose i think is to be One with self, but walk a middle path...i've done this all my life, and it has kept both good and bad out of my life and let me understand life from a different perspective....take for example a cat that is independent vs a cat that succumbs to people and begs for food...i belive that if we go after a certain philosophy, we are put under the care of that thought or of the care of the being(subset of ONENESS) that permeates that though(sure we can follow this path, but then we become dependent on it..much like the idea of spreading love and light, something is telling me that it true completely.)...we must be open to all and never choose sides...just act in accordance to our desires....im not very good at explaining this, and i do understand it much deeper than my explanation could give justice to.

wow sorry about the typos...ill fix that now.

the idea is to become one, and learn both ends of the spectrum...learn to be bad and learn to be good...only then can you walk in grey...once you walk in the middle...every action you do is simply a tool for a purpose...your purpose could be 'good' or it could be 'bad,' but who really knows....i have to seek within now...all my life i've sought outside, but i will find truth soon enough.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1506987

There's a lot of interesting symbolism in the Wheel of Time series that relates to both Freemasonry and Theosophy (the general religious foundation of Freemasonry and why they claim their beliefs trace back to Hiram Abiff and earlier despite formation in the 1700s; see Madame Blavatsky for more on this).

There are a few different elements the Black Tower could represent, but starting with the White Tower we can see some implications. To begin, Freemasons are often involved in their country's government and plenty of politicians are Freemasons. With the White Tower, we see the Aes Sedai involved in political events, just like other Freemasons. The Aes Sedai overall also follow the basic steps of a mystery school with their levels of initiation and oaths to protect information and secrets; even this phrase describing them sounds like something you would say of a member of a secret society: "An Aes Sedai never lies, but the truth she speaks may not be the truth you think you hear.”

In similar fashion to Freemasonry, the Black Ajah hides within the White Tower and represents ilk like Albert Pike, Giuseppi Mazzini, and other illuminists who worked/work within the cover of freemasonry to hide their darker doings (something other non-Scottish Rite Freemasons warned fellow Masons regarding). What we see from that is really the White Tower represents Freemasonry and the Black Ajah represents illuminists.

(Possible spoilers about the Black Tower)
So if we understand the importance of the White Tower (WT), we can then look to the Black Tower (BT) where the BT really does not have so much of a political presence as a spiritual/religious one. The BT is only created with the return of the Dragon Reborn, and is based on the masculine generative force rather than the feminine nurturing force. What is interesting is that the BT exists even before the taint is cleansed, before there can be a return of balance between the masculine and feminine forces.

In reality, the BT relates more to Theosophical duality (and the ancient Egyptian cycle - Osiris, Isis, Horus) than with just political/civic Freemasonry. The Dragon Reborn represents Horus, the new man or new god, born from the "Church" mother Isis, to the deceased but mechanically endowed (obelisk) Osiris. This is the secret of the Pythagorean Triangle that Pythagorus spent twenty years of his life studying in Egypt: Osiris is the vertical (phallic), Isis is the base, Horus is the ascending hypothenuse (also think of it as thesis, antithesis, and synthesis).

In the Wheel of Time, Isis (who represents the society or “church”) acts as agent through most of time. However, the prophecy (or knowledge/doctrine, as represented by Osiris) reveals the return of the Dragon Reborn, who also heralds the return to the old forgotten knowledge of the mystery schools of the past, kept carefully guarded by a few in-the-know (again, very much like a mystery school). With that understanding in the mind, the WT (Isis/society) and the BT (Osris/knowledge) become the forces of feminine and masculine energy to "give birth" to the power of the Dragon Reborn (Horus) and hopefully allow him to defeat the Dark One.

Returning back to the previous comments, what you have with the BT is the rise of whatever force that will accompany the rise of who Theosophists call Lord Maitreya, who is supposed to be the Jewish Messiah, the Fifth Buddha, a promised Imam in Islam, and a number of other Messianic figures except for in Christianity in which Maitreya is the Anti-Christ who brings the false promise of peace. In any case, the Dragon Reborn gains power from the union of the masculine and feminine, becoming the new man of the cycle.

So really, I would say the BT has much more to do with the religious aspects of The Wheel of Time then with the political aspects (though, there are still political implications of course).

Re: THE WHEEL OF TIME SERIES AND ITS RELATION TO OUR SOCIETY (WRITTEN BY A FREEMASON)
Thinking about slenderman and its relationship to the dream world that Jordan wrote about.

I was pursued by a slenderman in a dream in about 1999.
Im not a big dreamer but this one has always stuck out.

He was chasing me across a rope bridge at a high altitude.
I was about halfway across the bridge and he started stretching out to grab me on the shoulder. I was seeing this happen in third person, from a distance, and it was so horrifying I suddenly awoke.

I dont claim to much more than a soul and ,unfortunately, being a sucker for having a good time.
And although I am more then less likely to leave society to its own ends, out of respect for a good idea, and a sincere fear of reprocussions, I try to follow the laws of as many of the great theologies goodly as I can.
I consider many of them to overlap each other irregardless.

Now one thing I can tell you for sure is that this entity was malevolent to me.

My wife is a natural at lucid dreaming (B- wouldn't you know) and often thought about the similarities between what she tells me and Jordan's "fantasy world".

Adding that to the rumors I've read about Jordan and his relationship to the so called movers and shakers, I find these recent news stories both fascinating and extremely frightening.

The girls in suspect here do not fit my personal bill of qualifications for preforming said event.

Something is not right.

Here is a wiki link definition of the creature that I have in mind.

Who this slenderman actually is, a myrddraal.

[link to wot.wikia.com]

The extreme terror I felt in that dream is unlike me. Often I have violent dreams that do not phase me at all until after I have woken up.

I can truly say that I have never in a dream been more frightened then of this man in black.

I never read a matt chapter I didn't like. He had a knack for writing the old rogue/scoundrel. You can tell the difference with sanderson's writing but the last book was more back to character I think.

Book 4 with Perrin in the two rivers is also I favorite read for me.

I loved the series until it became clear R. Jordan was going to milk it for every dime. Instead of wrapping up the series he dragged it on and on, until he died and some other jerk had to finish it. Now I fear Martin is going to do the same thing with Song of Ice and Fire.

No offence
, sorry but getting filthy rich off of a 12 book fantasy novel series, while dying, when each book could suck up about 2 movies apiece, is shaky ground at the best.

You are missing the method.

Lets us see what clues Martin has to drop...

Re: THE WHEEL OF TIME SERIES AND ITS RELATION TO OUR SOCIETY (WRITTEN BY A FREEMASON)
oh i loved that series....i wanted to be a green aes sedai, because they have male warders while the others colors do not.

i have never read the thirteenth and last book.
the library still doesnt have it.

i did notice JORDANS picture on the inside jacket with that ring and his warlock like presence.ive always wondered if he knew more than he let on.
this thread is interesting to me...

the opening if i recall correctly was a black ajah meeting where all colors were attending but everyone had masks so no one could recognize each other.

The seven seals...

I believe that the aes sedai are symbolic of reptilians. They say that reptilians are liars yet they will not deny being reptilian... I believe they follow the same code as the aes sedai and they do not lie ever... they just twist words and give half-truths.
