Hey pinhead, I never said freedom wasn't worth fighting for. Just make sure you're smart enough to get there by avoiding trouble in the first place!

I'm not at all surprised by this. Of course we know it's gonna happen everywhere else in the country. I even said that in my first and original post. It will even happen in some smaller towns as well.

If you don't have enough sense to be at least thinking about leaving NY, It's called culling the herd. And that's exactly what the cops will tell themselves to justify dropping the hammer on EE.

I do not live in Manhattan where this will be taking place on Wallstreet. Even though I do live in the City, I live in Staten Island, one of the 5 boroughs, and will be just fine there.

Why should I leave my home where I live? Does everyone always have to pack up and run?

Do what you thinks best for you, They'll always need people to pull the dead to the curb for pick and disposal. But then again What's not to trust the government with your safety. I'm sure everything will be O.K.

I did.My life is fine.I do live close to NYC,A place with many issues,cops being a small part of the issue,more like the leaders,gansters ect.Many folks like the city.I do not.And being near NYC we get many of the gangs ect.But what can you do except hold the love and enjoy life as best you can,sure beats the living in fear state anyday.:)
The huge things i remeber the floods in the usa,oil spill,Japan major disaster.But we are all here.Some very happy,some not so.Its how you see and think,react.

It's not as dangerous here as many people would think. It's a big city, spread out over a very large area, and separated by 5 different boroughs... mine which is Staten Island, and being completely surrounded by water. I am not in Manhattan where all of this will be happening.

I don't think all the rioters will be coming across the bridges, and water just to wreak havoc in a small place like Staten Island.

I did say in my original post that I was sure this would happen in many other cities across the US. It only stands to reason that this is the way it will/should be done. It's very effective and overwhelming.

Bring it on its long overdue. Civil unrest should have happened years ago. This government is long overdue for a change. People should not fear there government, government should fear the people. They no longer work for us they work for corporations.
