This is a brief introduction to one of the most important and pivotal documents that EVER existed on this planet: the first Treaty that will not only ban ALL space-BASED weapons, but that also recognizes the Indigenous Cultures and the Cosmic Cultures who will be "Parties" to the Treaty as UN Member Nation leaders (only NINE are required!).
