Long shot....Messing around in google earth to see if the numbers might be coordinates...in order that they were listed in the message....and messing with the directions.
for example
10 28 18 N 2 7 24 E
10 28 18 s 2 7 24 w
13 3 17 N 17 10 28 E
13 3 17 s 17 10 28 w

Apparently, the Mercedes-Benz logo of a three pointed star surrounded by a laurel wreath was trademarked on February 18th (18 2). No connection to 7 24 though. I'm probably waaaaaaay off on a rabbit trail with this one anyway... Nice Laurel connection. Now that's outside the box thinking!!!! There are so many rabbit holes to explore.
