I go to regular constitutional law research group meetings and the constitution in Australia is apparently one of the best in the world. (Although the vast majority of people including lawyers are ignorant of it and there is much corruption in the system.) The highest law in Australia rests with the people, and the government are (supposed to be) there to obey us and are public servants. For something to become 'Law' it has to pass a referendum. These 'new laws' are not laws but rather 'statutes' - which is an agreement between two parties. You must educate yourselves and not agree to that which you don't.

I imagine these health assessments would be used to trick parents into thinking vaccination is compulsory or get doctors to bully you (also notice they want you to sign that you consent to this in the form.) Doctors cannot force anything. I would be really interested to know if you can still get your family payments without vaccinating.
