This has to be bigger than 5.9....but now USGS has downgraded to a 5.8!.

Colorado had a 5.3 and it didn't affect the area like this 5.8.

Well, nowhere myself, I'm in Utah, in the lowest quake risk areas you can have out here, although the whole region is still prone to quakes.

For people on the east coast, I don't know, Yellowknife, Canada might be a good place at this point? Of course, that is impractical for most people.

Central Montana would also probably be a good alternative.

A two week vacation might be a tad less impractical for some though.
