Video: Tropicana Field sounded more like a haunted house during part of the Detroit Tigers-Tampa Bay Rays game Monday. Also, Terrelle Pryor was selected by the Raiders in the supplemental draft.



That is the text from a link on yahoo. It happened on the 22nd? Yet the earthquake happened on the 23'rd.

How is it possible they are related if this is true?

So called "ionospheric heaters" are friggin' everywhere.
Closest (big, operational) one to me supposed to be in Tromsø, Norway.

As far as I can tell, SUPERDARN and subprojects like EISCAT
are all international. A quick search on the webz will tell you
that the equipment used is the same all over.

So is the civilian/military use confusion.
On the public domain, one immediately finds evidence of representatives
of the military industrial complex mixing in with civilian scientists
(and programs). But I guess that kind of goes without saying.

The EU Commission called HAARP "military equipment" in the
now famous official paper EU document A4-0005/99 when
demanding answers from the U.S. about the damned thing and its
effects on environment and public health (the Russki Duma did the
same).
All while own member states were firing away already with the same
type of machines.

Russki prototype "Woodpecker" was legendary already, back when I
was a kid in the 60's/70's. Any sudden changes, and the older folks
would go: "Oh, it's the Russians screwing with the weather again".

What would be interesting, in the light of seismic events lately, would be the central frequency of the anomaly.
If this sound is an upper harmonic of the Schumann Cavity Resonance, it may be an audible harmonic signature of a scalar event happening much farther down the electromagnetic spectrum.

Is it a coincidence that these events are being heard amongst fabricated structures?
This may be due to the material in the structures being stimulated at their resonant frequencies by harmonics of an energy much farther down the spectrum near the Schumann Cavity resonances , being tuned to seismically disrupt tectonic blocks.
