from my understanding God has always existed, but the universe is always expanding which would indicate new creation. If everyone had always existed than that would imply there is no new creation and the universe wouldn't be expanding, it would simply be in a state of inertia (no motion) or in a state of contraction as the big bang theory implies.
With all the new babies and new souls coming into the world every day, I think these are an indication of new creation since the world population is continually expanding.
I still think its amazing that if you dig into Math and Physics than you end up either the number 1- the first number or the creator or you run a chain of causality back to the prime mover who is the same being always has existed.
Quoting: Einstein2012 the new souls babies come from the 2nd dimension and go back to it after they die in this dimension, in other words there is no real birth and no real death, cause you came from somewhere and go to somewhere after your unit expires. your body goes back to earth recycles until it becomes a body again for the new visitors souls to enter. as for the universe expanding that was because it shrinks and it expands it goes both ways now we live in times it expands, few millions/billions down the road we will live in times where it will shrink. in other words you have 12 parallel dimensions cause our universe is a dodecahedron, when one dimension shrinks = losing visitors the other dimension expands = getting visitors.
