Tax 15% of wealth on individuals with $1,000,000 or more and Corporations with liquidity of $2,000,000 and more. This will be fair for all of us. Then Warren Buffet can finally say he's paying more than his secretary in tax and Oh how patriotic he will feel after that. All in favor, say Yea!  So what happens the next year after paying a 15% 'wealth' tax on a million? Couldn't tax them at that rate again.. they would no longer be in that bracket.
