Just the other day the projected path was a direct hit to Fl then it changed in a matter of 24 hrs . |

"IRENE IS A LARGE TROPICAL CYCLONE. HURRICANE FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 70 MILES...110 KM...FROM THE CENTER...AND TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 290 MILES...465 KM." Hurricane winds out at 70 miles from the center and tropical storm winds nearly 300 miles out.  |
