For days computer simulations of the long-term trajectory of the storm had been shifting a bit to the east day by day. But the latest analysis by the National Hurricane Center has shifted the zone for the storm location five days from now to the west. I really hope they don't get hit too hard. All of the outer banks is very vulnerable to storm surge and wind. Hoping for the best.  We are all doomed. A country isn't a rock. It's not an extension of one's self. It's what it stands for. It's what it stands for when standing for something is the most difficult. You'd have to be a surfer to understand. You don't get the opportunity to surf hurricane swell often. They'll evacuate....after the surf. *shrugs* I used to be that little kid waiting for whichever surfer cousin took me there to hurry up with the surf and just go home. It's not that serious.
