Thank you. For far too long people have been jumping on the hatewagon against Christianity. People in prison and jail can worship wherever they want, so you can already tell this type of 'fact' is going to be slanted. How many are Muslim? Or Satanic? Or Whatever.

I've been a christian all of my life, knowing that the scripture tells of the disciples being prisoners themselves.
God judges differently then man. Murder in Gods eye is murder. Punishable by death by him. But, being caught stealing food to feed your family? There are some who would, even of christian belief.

My entire life being a Christian has made myself a better person. Being taught the bible from an early age that I find that the scripture I once mocked, was slowly (Quicker than I thought) was becoming true. Not to say that there is one religion that is right.

I believe most religions came from one significant event in history, and if you believe in something that gives you comfort, and makes you a better person? Why Not?

Smart people are less likely to get caught... For the most part, prisons are filled with idiots.

Smart people statistically have more earning power and can pay for private counsel as opposed to the poor who are stuck with inferior public defenders.

You guys are forgetting the one basic tenet of Christianity that makes it so appealing: forgiveness.
