Yet again, contrary to what the msm & internet shills keep insisting, everything and much worse that I have been saying is true. The article details multiple accounts of atrocities being carried out by the foreign mercenaries. I don't know why NATO even bothered with getting the UN resolutions because everything they have done is in direct violation of them. Below are a few excerpts of the full article from the link above, my comments in bold. I suggest you go and read the entire article to really understand what is going on here.

The focus of NATO operations has become a frantic effort to hunt down and murder Muammar Gaddafi, who has ruled the country for 42 years. A $2 million bounty has been placed on his head, and the British media now openly boast that SAS special forces troops are leading the search for him and his family. A vast array of US armed Predator drones, AWACS spy planes and other surveillance equipment has been concentrated on the North African country to facilitate the manhunt.

We can see here that NATO is doing the exact opposite of what it was directed by the UN to do. It's not a peace keeping mission now and never was. They are using NATO troops on the ground and are only interested in securing the oil & killing Gaddafi. Another war of conquest. Syria is next.

The pretense that the US and its European NATO allies were intervening in Libya to “protect civilians and civilian populated areas from threat of attack,” as stated in the United Nations Security Council resolution, has effectively been abandoned. Behind the fig leaf of this resolution the naked imperialist and colonial character of the war has emerged.

Not only has NATO done nothing to keep the peace, the Al-Qaeda mercenaries are massacring civilians by the hundreds in order to intimidate the country to bow to western imperialism.

The Security Council’s stipulations that ground troops not be introduced into the country, that an arms embargo be kept in place and that mercenaries be prevented from entering Libya have all been flouted in this criminal operation to seize control of an oil-rich former colony and loot its resources. There is barely any attempt to hide the fact that special forces, intelligence agents and mercenary military contractors have organized, armed and led the “rebels”, who have not made a single advance without the prior annihilation of government security forces by NATO warplanes.

NATO is systematically carpet bombing entire populated areas. Several pictures on the internet have illustrated how large towns on the outskirts of Tripoli have been reduced to rubble. No one knows how many tens of thousands of civilians are dead in NATO's "collateral murder".

After being terrorized for five months by NATO bombs and missiles, the people of Tripoli are now facing sudden death and a looming humanitarian catastrophe as a result of the NATO campaign to “protect civilians”.

Meanwhile, other reports laid bare war crimes carried out by NATO and its local agents on the ground in Tripoli. Both the Associated Press and Reuters news agencies documented a massacre perpetrated against Gaddafi supporters in a square adjacent to the presidential compound that was stormed and looted on Tuesday.

“The bodies are scattered around a grassy square next to Moammar Gadhafi’s compound of Bab al-Aziziya. Prone on grassy lots as if napping, sprawled in tents. Some have had their wrists bound by plastic ties,” AP reported.

“The identities of the dead are unclear but they are in all likelihood activists that set up an impromptu tent city in solidarity with Gadhafi outside his compound in defiance of the NATO bombings.”

AP said that the grisly discovery raised “the disturbing specter of mass killings of noncombatants, detainees and the wounded.”

The universal euphoria of the US and much of the European media, which is “embedded” with NATO and its “rebels,” cannot conceal the brutal reality that a war waged under the pretense of human rights and protecting civilians has unleashed immense death, human suffering and destruction.

The media has consistently blamed these mass killings on Gadhafi's forces yet as many have stated this is simply not true. The Al-Qaeda mercenaries along with NATO are systematically butchering anyone they choose to. Journalists have been abducted and at least one is still missing after reporting information contradictory to the CNN journalists who are in reality "CIA assets".

Far from a “revolution” or struggle for “liberation,” what the world is witnessing is the rape of Libya by a syndicate of imperialist powers determined to lay hold of its oil wealth and turn its territory into a neo-colonial base of operations for further interventions throughout the Middle East and North Africa.

The rest of Africa had better prepare itself for similar invasions under the guise of "peace keeping" as NATO seems determined to bring "peace" through genocide to the entire continent. It is very clear the ultimate goal here is to secure a primary zone from which to launch further attacks on the middle east starting with Syria, Iran, Lebanon and any other nation which dares to defy the international bankers and oil conglomerates.

The African Union has refused to explicitly recognise Libya's National Transitional Council (NTC), in a setback for Libyan rebels who have already been recognised as the legitimate government by more than 40 countries.

Instead, the AU on Friday called for an inclusive transitional government in the North African state that would
also involve officials from Muammar Gaddafi's side.

"(The) council ... calls for the formation of an inclusive transitional government, the establishment of a constitutional and legislative framework for the democratic transformation of Libya as well as for support towards the organisation of elections and a national reconciliation process," Ramtane Lamamra, the AU Commissioner for Peace and Security, said following a meeting of the body's Emergency Peace and Security Council in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

"(The council) strongly reaffirms that the AU stands with the people of Libya and encourages all the parties in Libya to come together and negotiate a peaceful process that would lead to democracy," he said.


Jacob Zuma, South Africa's leader, said the AU would not recognise the NTC as the legitimate government as
long as fighting continued in Libya.

"If there is fighting, there is fighting. So we can't stand here and say this is the legitimate (government) now. The process is fluid. That's part of what we inform countries - whether there is an authority to recognise," Zuma said.

Officials at the talks said the 15-member emergency council was split almost in half between countries that have recognised the NTC and countries who have not.

The council takes in Zimbabwe, Kenya, Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, Libya, Namibia, South Africa, Djibouti, Rwanda, Burundi, Chad Benin, Ivory Coast, Mali and Mauritania.

Awidan Ali, an ambassador from the NTC attending the AU meeting, told Al Jazeera more than 16 African countries had recognised the rebels' transitional government.

OP showed there is NO popular uprising in Libya, it was always a staged invasion by the west, with The State of Qatar providing funding to the Al Qaeda 'rebels'

LOL That is an understatement. My internet connection has been totally FUBAR for 3 days now. I have contacted my isp but they aren't doing shit about it. I even emailed them my firewall logs showing the DDOS traffic coming from GOVERNMENT networks here in USA, Canada & UK but from the conversation I had today with the "abuse" department they are not cooperating and instead keep trying to say it's a technical issue with my connection.

I have worked at several major isp's over the years and know a few things about how it really works. Every isp's uplink to the internet backbone providers has a "secret" intercept that allows the government to monitor every single bit of data which flows on the internet. The database is tied into the isp's customer database so it doesn't matter if I get a new ip address, the attacks start right back up. They are packet flooding my router non-stop 24/7. I have managed to partially deal with it by replacing my router with a linux box to better filter the junk traffic but my 50 megabit cable internet has turned into a low grade adsl connection and sometimes worse.

This is not going to stop me from seeking & sharing truth however. I am infinitely patient and really have nothing better to do at this point so I will soldier on. I sincerely appreciate the good contributions and kind words of support from everyone! That alone makes it worth dealing with this bullshit harassmeent. I do have a super-secret-squirrel plan in the works to evade the harassment and as soon as I get my adsense check in the mail from google next month will implement it :)

And also OP, you are right, I also suspected months ago an attempt by external forces, hence Al Ciaeda/MI6/Mossad to cause the instability in Sinai to give Israel a excuse to invade/take over. We see how that's started and thankfully so far egypt military was smart enough not to take the bait and start a conflict, could have happened last week. We are not attacking them for any other reason than to steal the oil, gold & water resources of Libya that Gadaffi was using to make his country into what has been deemed to be the "Switzerland of Africa".

Gadaffi was bringing water to the Sahara desert in order to grow food for his people. He was working with us in this total bullshit "war on terror" to fight Al-Qaeda. When Gadaffi realized that we were full of shit and were just interested in robbing his country blind he cut off the western oil companies, dumped our worthless dollar and tried to unite Africa to finally lift it out of absolute poverty!
