If you must practice tantric stuff, practice Iyengar Yoga for a decade first or at least along with it.


I repeat I have never been a devotee of this Guru below and do not recommend or unrecommend any of the communities he left behind.

So ignore the person if you want, and insert Jesus, Buddha, Ramana, or any of the very high realizers, or God himself (if you really can) for wherever he says "True Heart Master".
