Here's the biggest thing I am worried about-
Gov McDonnell declared a state of emergency for the ENTIRE STATE of VA.
He doesn't do that. Ever.
Tornados, snow, severe storms.. ect.. he alwaysss does it by county.
This hurricane will hit 1/2 the state at best.
So why would he declare the whole state? That's a big whoopsie on insurance is it not?
