All this does it show another way to make batteries these do not "recharge" themselves.
These are the same as the batteries you buy at the shop just using different materials.

That's right, when you take the load off the voltage drop on the load is now back in the battery! That's usual like connecting a resistor to a battery. I can not see anything special with this I wish I could so I could make it but I do not think these are some magical crystal ever lasting batteries.
