I'm just looking for some change of pace when it comes to my typical Spam and eggs meal. How do you cook it? It actually tastes pretty good, so I have no regrets on buying it. Recipes below: I slice it in to 4 even patties and fry it in a pan. It's usually a side dish for me with a couple of eggs.  |

Onions are a nice addition as well. Cook until crisp. Add to mac & cheese. If you add veggies you get a full meal in a bowl. Add to salads, rice, pasta, soups... makes a great stirfry too. |
