(By the way, did you use a pressure cooker with the green beans or the bath method? I'd like to be able to trust the bath method.)

we used the pressure cooker. 10 lbs of pressure for 25 minutes on the quarts and 20 minutes on the pints. mom says water bath isn't hot enough to cook the beans down well. she's 75 and has canned all her life. i grew up eating it.

we did can our zuchinni using a water bath in the oven!! i didn't know you could can in the oven also. i'm still learning.
