Nice going. I have been canning like mad lately myself. Green beans, hot peppers, bread and butter pickels...........mmmmmmmm good.
I can not view the video right now, but I will say that when my jars cool, I take the bands off. That way I will know if I have a bad seal.

it's great to know so many people are doing the best they can for themselves. home canned foods are so much better than processed foods.

i haven't done any peppers yet.

we take the bands off as well. we are reusing them like crazy right now.

we made some fridge pickles with green peper, onion and cucumber. vast jar of it. very tasty.
