198 jars and counting, lol
This weekend, the big jelly and jam jam....about three gallons of rhubarb, two of blackberry, and about four gallons of raspberries to process. Plus, about 40 pounds of salmon, plain versus smoked.
Will have more green beans to do shortly, plus zucchini relish, and then there are the spuds.......
I'd say I was right on target for my usual 500 jars ;)
