(By the way, did you use a pressure cooker with the green beans or the bath method? I'd like to be able to trust the bath method.)
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1324356 I would NEVER trust water bath with green beans. You have to be able to get the food above boiling to be safe and you can only do that under pressure.
