(By the way, did you use a pressure cooker with the green beans or the bath method? I'd like to be able to trust the bath method.)
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1324356 I would NEVER trust water bath with green beans. You have to be able to get the food above boiling to be safe and you can only do that under pressure. yeah, we did green beans under pressure. we did the peaches in water bath though.
