A PIN is in the cards! In the video you can see for yourself the anomalous radar happenings, which has the color of WHITE, which is EXTREME on the doppler scale.

I will say this...
We live about 27 miles from Pamlico River. We have had more rain than they are reporting on the news. I've heard 2.40 inches and 2.66 inches on two separate stations. My yard is flooded and has been since around 9 pm last night, damn near on my patio at this point. There is no way that we have only had a little over 2 inches in the past 9 hours... The wind gusts are pretty accurate though, reaching around 44 to 50 mph at this point and we seem to have a steady 25 to 30 sustained.

What I find interesting about the haarp ring video is this: Right around the time of the 'blip' we weren't having any rain here, just a really light drizzle, but it started raining buckets about 10 or 15 minutes after the 'blip' was gone. Certainly an interesting video find. Thank you for sharing. :):bump:

Ironically, we were outside with the dog during the 'blip'... She hates going out in the rain, so we took her out since it was so quiet out. I took my camera with me. :) I'll have to upload the video later this afternoon. It's a camera/recorder and it's pretty old, but I'm pretty sure it will have a time stamp. I will be logging off for a bit; sounding pretty rough out there right now.
