Ok, don't you think if they were modifying the weather...they'd keep the Hurricane stronger than what it is now? If their goal was to create havoc, it'd come in worse than a Category 1. Just sayin...my opinion...

People are gonna lose power, there's going to be flooding, trees are going to fall...and people who are too stupid to stay indoors or aren't prepared, are the ones who'll be in trouble. Other than that, anyone who's prepared and cautious and aware of what's going on...should make it out with their lives, and hopefully only slight property damage...at least where I am...can't speak for any other places.
