SERIOUS QUESTION INSIDE: When watching the NEWS now it seems fake, like it is made for children.. HELP!.

I have considered myself awake for a many many years. I have been planning/running my life for years now doing everything possible to remove myself best as possible from the system.

I live in the country however I am no longer happy with that. I am in the process of selling everything I have and moving to an island country to start fresh. I plan on having a happy simple life based on a minimum amount of possessions... just have fun (scuba / dive related).

Anyhow...

I started to notice a few months ago that anytime I was in the unfortunate position to be exposed to news broadcasting (such as on the bar TV in the afternoon if I stop at the tavern to get a couple beers) I felt... Weird... like I was watching a JOKE.. (Like the Onion)

But it was real national news.

While I watched it I was thinking the whole time:

I feel like I am watching nonsense... something not even real.. look at these people they are terrible actors.. they are talking like they are talking to 3 year old children... it was surreal almost to me... and I looked around (while I am laughing and not believing the crap I was watching) and others were watching like there was nothing wrong... It is also like the people on TV are laughing at the people watching them because they know they could be talking nonsense but the "system" keeps them listening regardless.

I felt sick to my stomach.

This makes me feel like there is something beyond just the words of bullshit coming out of that programming... I think there is some type of "control" being used that I am no longer subject to because I don't watch TV (except Spanish TV because I am finishing off my Spanish or a movie for entertainment).

Anyhow...

I guess a good way to describe it would be if you were to walk into a room and people were floating instead of walking, it makes you see clearly something is wrong but nobody says anything or seems to notice. It would be the FEELING that would leave you with in your stomach.

Does anyone else experience this "feeling" of "total disconnect" when watching TV news??? If you are experiencing what I am you will understand why I am having such a tough time explaining the feelings. It is like there really is a "Matrix". I would like to know what technology is being used here .... to break it would wake up an awful lot of people because this seems to me to be an obviously powerful "control technique" whatever it is.

Thanks. I am curious to see what others have to say about this matter. I am hoping this is a control system in place that has captured peoples minds and not instead that they have just become so stupid and unaware that simple tricks such as these could be used.
