Same AS when Elenin went past an asteroid in space about 3 months ago, and SUDDENLY the ASTEROID HAD A TAIL ! Electrical discharge of Elenin !

JUST the giant CAPACITOR Elenin discharging to another object SOME of it's built up electrical charge ! Here (?) the object responded with a return 'flare' (?).

I still thing there will EITHER be a discharge to Earth from Elenin, when it is 22 million miles away September 26th, WITH THE TAIL POINTING DIRECTLY AT US, OR. if it discharges to the sun at 71 millions miles, the RETURN Flare/CME from the sun will FOLLOW the ESTABLISHED electrical path to the comet AND TO EARTH.

Either way, Earth has ALL electrical devices knocked out, including the 72 House Sized transformers the the USA depends on for electricity to homes, and of WHOM NASA said, "We MIGHT have them all back working in FOUR TO TEN YEARS ".

Who makes the parts to fix same, IN ONE YEAR ? Brazil, Germany and France.
