I can't believe there are still people on here that believe Elenin is a real comet.
People, it's a decoy, it's a controlled object to conceal the truth about what's really on the way it...you all took the bait.
I hate to say it but the NSA and DARPA must laugh every time they log on to GLP and read our comments...it's hilarious how easy we are to deceive.
It's a controlled object...they might detonate Elenin right after it reaches Perihelion...it was just a distraction for the GLP message board, put into orbit right near whatever it is they're really concerned about so that if someone spotted one of the orbitals of the larger object coming in, NASA could simply say, "There's nothing there, you're just seeing Comet Elenin."

Holy crap, its a scary thought to know that there are people this gullible walking around. How do they survive all the way to adult years? Only in America.
