Ok, fine here is part of the answer. I didn't feel like typing again so I lifted it from another post:

The entire planet is in a quarantine zone and the key to the prison system on Earth working is for the prisoners to fully believe the artificial reality here. A real danger to the aliens prison planet structure here is the 100 monkey effect. If too many humans realize the truth it will suddenly become something "everyone knows" overnight.

They will still be in the prison but suddenly recognize that fact and knowing the true structure of the Earth situation makes it harder to keep the spirits meekly obeying and allowing the damage to continue.

To accomplish the level of confusion and amnesia necessary to keep the lies in place almost ALL spirits here on the prison planet are given severe amnesia treatments before being sent to Earth and then between each life. In addition they are given many hypnotic commands to return to the light after death, that they are very special and have a role to fill and must get another body, also other commands to hide the true nature of themselves and reality.

So to help you get past the hypnotic don't tread here commands here is a quick rundown of the truth Earth is in.

Human bodies were created by aliens eons ago. First as slave workers. When that situation ended they were not exterminated because another use was recognized. They work great as "containers" to anchor a spirit so it is preoccupied with the bodies care and feeding for decades.

To understand why that is you have to understand what we really are. For one thing no one on Earth is a human. Not a single person. We are all spirits. That is our actual identity. An invisible life force that has no form and no energy but can create a form and energy as desired. Also a very powerful lifeforce that can create with a thought and who's natural form of travel is to just decide and then arrive or fly there.

A body is no more important then which car you are driving. But on Earth this has been perverted as part of the prison control system. Here a death mechanism and illusion has been created to keep the prisoners off balance and unable to have enough time to regain their wits and also disturbed enough by apparent permanent losses they are distracted from reality.

Also a death mechanism was necessary to create the prison control belief structures so that from childhood the prisoners could be reindoctrinated into the local religion which are pretty much all programmed that some other invisible entity is responsible for all and all powerful while they are very small and must obey and worship or be doomed.

In these religion systems the prisoners themselves program the recently amnesiaed and confused spirit that is now a young child that they will die and will return to the all powerful where all will be well again. This helps insure they do return upon death so they can be reamnesiaed and sent back for another pointless several decades kept out of the way.

There are no such thing as aliens. Because they are not "alien" they are us. We have been and are part of their culture and civilization. But it is an ancient and enduring civilization. Not all one civilization. Sort of like all the countries of Earth are separate cultures but also together with one general Earth culture.

When a civilization continues endlessly does it gravitate towards freedom for all or the opposite direction? Based on observation of Earth civilizations, America's freedom movement which spread somewhat is an anomaly. The off planet civilization we come from is a top down control structure not a power from the people situation. Indias caste system which they got from contact with the creators and the idea of the godking is all from these off planet civilizations.

They long ago found the solution to protests, noncompatibles, and criminals. They found that in any group a few will be trouble makers and only a few are capable of touching the hearts of large groups of people with ideas, music or words and getting them to rally together and demand change. You only need to remove the rabble rousers and the rest will settle down into obedience. This has worked for them for eons. If a rabble rousers raises their head above the calmly herded sheep they are disappeared and before you know it they arrive on Earth or a similar planet with no memory of their eons of past lives.

Their rabble rousing personality might be dampened but probably not for long. That's why Earth is a zoo compared to the rest of the galaxy. It has the interesting contrast of being more alive because the most aware and alive spirits in the galaxy were sent here and at the same time the most dead because they are almost all practically unconscious with the repeated amnesia treatment and hypnotic commands. Earth also got the worst and most degraded criminals to add to the mix. We are the most alive and most dead, most pure of heart and most degraded all on one planet. The rest of the spirits of the galaxy with a few exceptions are like having bland crackers and milk for breakfast day after day. They don't escape the hypnotism, drugging and amnesia they just don't get the whole render the spirit powerless treatment Earth inhabitants get.

What's the whole point of this control obsession anyway? A spirit in it's natural state is like a force of nature wrapped up in a excited child. They can change and move things in a way frightening to those too asleep to notice they are not a body they are only wearing one. Instead of allowing the spirits of the universe to mature and become less destructive they opted to instead try to bring all down to a lower and powerless level.

Why are aliens now on Earth getting involved more and more and being seen more often? Because the reason Earth humans were chosen as the vessel for the spirit prison is because Earth was damaged long ago and now is not a stable platform. Infrastructure gets leveled by periodic instabilities that make it a waste of time to build a permanent civilization here. But it is perfect for amnesiaed prisoners. If they happen to get a little out of hand with remembered technology there is not much worry because before they will progress far they will be leveled again. In our current time we have actually progressed a little too far which is why the whole moon settlement dream was mysteriously ended. We had to be curbed back and kept in a holding pattern until it is leveled again.

But there is a huge problem with the periodic catastrophe. This is not a prison for humans it is for spirits. When they die they are processed in the feel good area of between lives. They are enticed with beauty and prodded with hypnotic commands. When they approach they are surrounded by a transmitted beam designed to vibrate at the extreme joy wavelength. At the same time depending on their own personal beliefs the various characters in their religion or personal relatives are trotted out as false screen images. This and other experiences combined with the joy wavelength which is actually aimed at them like a weapon is all to render the spirit too starstruck and feeling they should fall on their knees even though they don't have knees.

After it is determined their human body anchor is actually nonfunctioning and they can't be bounced back they are sent fully into the "light" which is yet another amnesia treatment. Then sent back to Earth to reattach to another anchor.

The problem is during the periodic disaster they will not have just a few thousand to treat at any one time. Several billion will be suddenly loose from their anchors. They cannot keep that many contained. There is a quarantine zone around this solar system but several billion is to many suddenly loose prisoners and possibly the solar system disaster itself might affect the quarantine mechanisms. Some or even an extremely large number of spirits may very well escape this prison and of course they will beeline straight home to their calm and very sheeplike previous friends and citizens.

The off planet civilization is freaked out about this idea of uncontrolled contamination by spirits many which have a history of turning entire populations into protestors. So long ago a strategy was cooked up. Program the planet from top to bottom with the idea a king, god, lord or whatever is returning and all will be right during a time of crisis again but ONLY if you fall on your knees and obey and follow said arriving entity. The prisoners programmed with this enforce and self correct these instructions upon each other throughout each life.

When the disaster finally hits the vast majority of prisoners are expecting some off planet gathering and rescue. But most off planet spirits that are attached to bodies are not in human type bodies. For purposes of the gathering many human appearing forms have been created for their spirits to occupy. In addition many many thousands of Earth prisoners are abducted regularly and programmed with information hypnotically to obey when the time comes. These fellow humans are trained to be a calming and controlling presence to help keep the masses corraled and obedient during the gathering.

There will not be enough new humans born to return the gathered spirits in afterwards and Earth will be a shambles for a while. So the trouble makers that have a real history of stirring up the masses will be ejected and sent back to Earth. The rest will be kept, reamnesiaed to "wipe their tears away". Then brought to one of the deep space stations to work as servants for the government forever more. I plan to stay on Earth.
