An inconsistency I heard was when he said he made a joke to the speeding airman at the Air force Base in Louisiana to " slow down son, I don't think Al Qeada is on the base ". Then later at the base in Nebraska, he said that the first time he heard of Al Qeadas involvement was in the bunker there.
