But if they really wanted to fix the problem, they could have put a solar panel, and a wind generator on every house in the United States for what they've spent bailing out banks on Wall Street, but that would empower people. The same way the medical field constitutes 1/6 of the US economy, so no cures for diseases are found just treatments.
