Anonymous Coward User ID: 1428487 United States 08/29/2011 08:49 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | OP - I'm in NYC in the park and noticed the same exact thing today when the sun was setting down 5pm. I would keep an eye out and prepare yourself. You see these "rainbow" clouds are cosmic event much like the northern lights; they are gamma rays hitting the magnetosphere, in which the deflected radiation causes the prismatic effect. Localized gamma ray hits are a real problem, as they indicate what is following it. You see when a star dies it releases a supernova and a gamma ray burst from its poles. It is theorized that when a star explodes it 'ripples' space/time via gravity, like dropping a rock into a pond. This wave is slower than the supernova or gamma ray burst and travels behind it, lagging. Well when the gamma ray burst hits our earth you can be assured that the gravity wave is following behind it. This wave passes through our planet, all the way through the core, and destabilizes the floating crustal surface from deep within the planet; this causes massive earthquakes. Haiti, China, Chile, Venezuela, all of these places have experienced the "rainbow" cloud hours if not days before the quakes hit. I'm afraid the theory has been proven via factual evidence over and over, and I believe LA will be no different. All I have to say is prepare yourself, good luck my fellow American, and Godspeed |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1303566 United States 08/29/2011 09:21 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Tooks these on my drive home about 2 hours ago Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1499167 [link to i56.tinypic.com] [link to i51.tinypic.com] [link to i53.tinypic.com] Wish I had taken pics! The clouds were VERY similar to the ones here in Brooklyn except on a much larger scale and more detailed...maybe because I saw them closeup. Thanks for posting! Going to post your thread link now... |

Rosie80 User ID: 1525383 United States 08/29/2011 09:35 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have been seeing these for the last year here in CT (sometimes very close to appearing as a sundog, and most of the time like oily clouds) .. but haven't seen em for a few months .. Got out of my car about four maybe quarter after .. and looked up and there they were .. nowhere near as bright as yours, they were just oily spots in the clouds above me .. with plenty of contrails all around, so I just figured that is what they were .. w/e they are .. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1522530 United States 08/30/2011 12:47 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | seen them before here in Manchvegas....today was clear as a bell, went to grocery store and sky was full of what looked like poorly formed chemtrails, with a weird tinge to it Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1394288 I live in Manchvegas, too. \m/ yes it important to distinquish rainbow chemtrail clouds from real rainbow clouds and not all real rainbow clouds have anything to do with chemtrails too. in the above pics, I wonder if the bright rainbow colors is the sun peaking thru the chemtrail clouds. |
