So let us assume "KATIA" becomes and Category 4 hurricane in the Atlantic and weakens to a Category 3 before it comes ashore in North Carolina. The warnings will go out but the New Yorkers will be like "Forget about it" and decide to not evacuate. More deaths will come from our own ignorance.
