The tsunami threat is from La Palma island, NOT El Hierro. However, in a volcanic region where seismicity is raging, I'd say that the volcanic element makes it much more likely to be near enough to cause effects at La Palma. BUT...notice...the video states that any of the western facing islands that have a sheer face like that of La Palma could be a danger. El Hierro definitely has a west facing wall and has the exact same rock slide area potentially capable of falling in the sea during a major quake. The only difference with La Palma is that it already has a major sheer crack through the top of its ridges.
